Napakaunprofessional nung account manager na humawak sa company namin. We got nothing but options na pabor lang lahat sa resort. Ultimo yung mga kama ninyo nakakatawa. Nagbibigay kayo ng mga extra mattresses pero hindi naman kasya sa kwarto. Yung pagkain wala din sa ayos. Hindi nakakain lahat, pati yung ibang hindi taga-amin nakakuha ng pagkain kahit andun din ang mga servers ninyo sa designated naming mga pwesto. Pati yung mga drinks namin kinuha ng mga taong hindi namin kilala kahit nasa mga harapan na ninyo nakalagay. Hindi rin uso sa inyo ang salitang kompromiso kahit kayo na ang may kasalanan. And kung hindi totoo itong sinasabi ko, I dare you turn on your REVIEWS tab on FB and lets go from there. If there is such a thing as a negative star, many would be more than willing to grant you one!

신용카드 결제할 경우 3% 추가부담 해야 한다. 룸은 전체적으로 여인숙 수준이다. 스텐다드룸 3,800페소짜리 룸에 TV 없고 냉장고 없으며 전망도 없다. 달랑 작은 더블 침대 하나만 있으며 방안에서 냄새가 머리가 아플 정도로 심하게 나서 도저히 잠을 잘 수가 없어서 취소해 달라고 했지만 취소해줄 수 없다고 한다. 할 수 없이 보다 높은 등급 5,000페소 짜리 룸 으로 업그레이드했지만 전망없고 역시 물도 없고 냉장고도 없고 놀라운 것은 화장실에 창문없고 환기펜도 없어서 화장실 냄새가 룸으로 모라모락 들어와서 역시 룸에서 냄새가 나긴 하지만 참을만 했다. 룸에서는 와이파이 안되고 핸드폰 신호도 안 잡힌다.The staff is kind. But There is standard room(3,800 pesos), no TV. no refrigerator, no view, no water I could not sleep because of the bad smell. The room is dark, very small.

Stayed 3D2N on a peak season︎Its the coziest place to stay in that particular area in Morong (however, you might find more if you go farther). Room 201 has the best view and youll have a piece of an infinity pool right at your doorstep (which is shared to a limited resort guests)︎Its good that the resort has lots of infinity pools to choose from, especially during peak days︎I appreciate that the beach is not rocky, and has a fine sand. You can ocassionally see a school of small fish even at the shore. Sand is gray though (not white), but it doesnt matter︎However, rooms are quite PRICEY. I paid P12,000++ per night for an executive room for 5pax due to their peak season rate. The mini ref is quite dated (might need more freon). No hangers. Towels are to be requested︎AND PLEASE, the resort must invest on a bedframe. Because paying an additional P1250 per night for a mattress (they call it extra bed) is quite unfair. Ive been to other resorts and when they charge that big, the mattress usually comes with a bedframe. An extra mattress usually costs around P500 to other resorts of the same level.︎The plated breakfast is mediocre (the food stub says that its a breakfast buffet, but its a single serving of longsilog). The food in their restaurant is OK, and portions seems just right for the price. Biscuits, water and chips are allowed, but I believe they charge corkage to other food items so better clear it first︎The booking staff doesnt reply much (they dont frequently answer calls, too). But just try and try until you succeed.Overall, we still enjoyed our stay there because of the beach and the view in our room

Extremely poor service. Veritable terrible experience. Ive booked this hotel a week ago and they cancelled my booking for NO REASON. Worst of all, they cancelled it less than 24 hours before my check-in. It took me 2 hours to travel to this place and they simply replied This is not our responsibility. Go ask your booking website.If you are looking for warm and friendly or even safe staying experience, this hotel is NOT for you.

Bought the Miami Burger for lunch. Honestly I felt robbed for the price. Php 250 and the patties taste and look similar to cdo ulam burger and they even topped it of with a 25 pesos service charge. Really disappointed.

Terrible service, starting with check in, room, to restaurant. Worst reception staff ever. First, the resort blames expedia for not receiving confirmation. The resort owners email was registered with expedia. (I assume this is because the owner gave his personal email when he initially registered) the reception staff uses another different email.The reception blames expedia for not receiving confirmation, where, if they choose to use another email address they should have informed expedia in the first place. The reception tells me my booking was a disadvantage to them because I booked a standard room, and since they did not get the confirmation (in fact they did receive the confirmation at the owners email adddress) they were forced to give me a deluxe room instead. By tellling me this, i dont know if the reception wants me to cancel my booking or they want me to add extra payment.We dined at the resort that evening, the food arrived over 1 hour and 15 minuted after we ordered. My daughters got in terrible mood since they were hungry from swimming at the beach. When I got my bill they charged me with extra food and drinks that I did not consume so I had to argue with 2 of their staff to get the bill corrected. They were implying I ordered but I didnt want to pay right. Whats that????!!!WORST RESORT. WORST EXPERIENCE. DONT EVER BOOK THIS RESORT.

It would have been really good if not for the broken tv, clogged toilet in our premiere 1 room and no choices for breakfast viand. But staffs are nice enough

Room was okay. The area was good too. The beach front property was nice. But the front of the resort was freaking dirty! Too much trash around that they don’t even bother cleaning up. Restaurant has only few selection of dishes which most were not available. Serving of food took about an hour. Will never stay at this property again. Front desk was closed when we checked out early in the morning. They charge you for corkage for liquor and food that you’ll bring but they don’t have any other options like sell the drinks that we like.

There was a constructions on the same floor that we are occupying. The place is not great as it was shown on their photos.

It doesnt even deserve a single star. Why? You will not be allowed eat the foods that youve brought especially rice meals(charge of 300 pesos per person for violating) and you will be forced to eat to their restaurant(which is overpriced and untasty). PS: WE AVAILED 2 OF THE MOST EXPENSIVE ROOM(9.5k+each) but rooms only composed of two beds and a bathroom. This is the worst resort/hotel Ive ever stayed in and will never come back .

I give credit to the hotel staff. They are hospitable and respond to customer needs. I believe me and my friends came at a wrong time as the place is undergoing renovation. That time dust in our food and the room condition definitely needs to be worked on.

P3500, no TV, no storage, amenities are just shampoo and soap.Funny thing is they are more expensive that 4 or 5star hotels.No signal in the rooms - mobile and wifi.At first i was asking myself because i saw 2 people watching tv in the lobby. I was like why dont they just watch the tv inside the room.As i went inside the room, I was really dumbfounded and i was like ohh. thats why they are watching outside. No freaking TV. I thought i went inside the wrong room.Never been this disappointed in my life. Wont think about going back

Horrible! I paid 3500 pesos in a room without tv, wifi and refrigerator. No complimentary water too. No cabinets and hooks to hang our clothes and towels. Worst room that I ever stayed. The pool are nice though.

Dont ever think about considering this property.Overpriced rooms. Standard room rate is 3500 pesos and is around 12sqm with two single beds and a side table. And its just that, no TV, no storage, no other amenities inside the room. Restroom is bad too.Btw, they will try to upsell you with the executive room. Its 7500 pesos. Floor area is around 18sqm with basic amenities. Its more expensive than some three or four star hotel rooms in Boracay, Manila or Subic. Didnt bother to upgrade as it was not worth the price.They play really loud music in the common area.If you are looking for a place to chill and relax, this is NOT the place for you. They did it the whole day until around 10PM. And the playlist will give you a headache.No signal in the rooms - mobile and wifi. Wifi in the common area is slower than a dial up connection.Beach area is small. Distance of the resort structure from the beach is less than 10 meters. If this gets audited by the DENR, half of the structure may be demolished.The pools and the other conmon areas are so so. Lots of mosquitoes at night.Food is OK though also a bit overpriced. Limited menu.Resort staff are nice.They allows pets which is a plus for me.So I guess the one star rating is for the staff and for allowing pets.Overall it was a really mediocre resort. Will think twice about going back.

Their restaurant closes at 7pm(crazy) , food portions was very small and food was not good. aircon is very weak, room was advertised for 8 but can comfortably fit only 4, toilet was small and becomes very wet with one shower. the pillow case had yucky stains

This place is freaking AMAZEBALLS! The beach is clean! Yes it is not the white sand beaches that you might long for, but MAN - still this place is relaxing and fun to be with

Not worth the price. Heater is not working while water in shower smells terribly bad. No internet and no cellular signal. You may think that Im just overexpecting but no, coz that kind of accomodation doesnt worth the penny paid .

We booked a family room but it looks and feels like a cheap motel room. No windows, dilapidated, crawling cockroach. No TV, no tables, no interior design. Overnight rate is P6,500. Too expensive for this place.
