Napaka sungit ng may ari.. di nya tinuturing na guest ang mga bisita nya bastos magsalita.. i cant recommend this place hanap na lang po kayo sa mga katabing resorts mas mura pa ang rate... ang swimming pool malansa at madumi..

A place with a taste of tje sea and pool. Not much restrictions on what food or drinks to bring unlike other resorts were corkage is charged.

I just said it clear on the title. It was a total disaster. Please stop patronizing this resort so they would close.1st: i want to tell everyone how rude the owners were. Not only to their customers but also to their staff. Actually yan lang ay enough na para hindi na kami bumalik dito. When we arrived, wala man lang good morning mam. Kamusta po byahe? (And hoping with a smile). But she greeted us with o san na naman to? Then when I asked for the single room we reserved, she just said mamaya pa 2pm (sabay talikod and kept shouting at her staff)2nd: check in time was 2pm. We understand the hotel rules so i was hoping that it would somehow meet my expectations. But2.a - aircon was soooo dirty.2.b - shower was not working at all. I had to request for a balde and tabo - traditional way of bathing.2.c - cable was not working. There was an error that the service was blocked. When the reception called the provider, they were already close and cannot work on it anymore.2.d - ref is rusty! Very rusty!!!2.e -no wifiAll in all, accommodation was worst! Dont be deceived by their website photos.3rd: pool was very high in chlorine. And very small!4th: check in time was not reasonable. They wanted us to check in by 2pm. I thougjt that the rooms were taken so we waited. But when we checked in, that I found out that we were actually the first to check in this room. Before we checked in, they didnt even check if the cable TV was working properly and other inclusions in the room!Bottomline, never go here. My sister just went to the resort next to it which was PHI PHI, and that resort is way way better than this! I am not a staff of phi phi. I havent gone there yet. But how my sister described their service and how I saw that all their rooms were taken, THEY ARE WAY BETTER THAN BONITO.

Very small. Office was closed and it was hard to look for a staff.

No lifeguard. mosquito filled rooms , dim room lights.
