Amazing stay for 10 days. Excellent staff and room service food. Excellent attention from room service staff and the food was great. I appreciate the attention and kindness of staff for the 10 days lockdown quarantine stay. The reception staff was always willing to help. The room was extra comfortable and a great space. I will definitely come back!

Crowne Plaza was a great start and finish to my trip to Jordan as the team exhibited the great great hospitality and delightful food of Jordan. We enjoyed Amman so much we sacrificed beach time in Aqaba. Thank you for all your help - from sending us to exciting places, introducing us to great food and helping us with the epic challenge that is Covid safe travel.

This was one of my best stays in Amman, Jordan and will without any doubt return to this hotel. Great value for money. Evening entertainment was a very pleasant surprise. Constant management involvement ensures guests needs are taken care of all the time, this needs to be acknowledged.

This place is pretty cool, definitely would stay here again. Everyone working there seemed very enthusiastic about their jobs and worked diligently to provide the best experience. Ibrahim at the Mercado restaurant is a cool dude, always gives great service!

The check in was so incredibly smooth as it has been, with every IHG property Ive checked into. The front lobby is spacious and elegant, and absolutely immaculate.The room I have is the perfect size, comfortable bed and shower/tub, impeccably clean and spacious. The chairs are comfortable, and I found this property has the widest television channel selection Ive ever seen. The hotel is located off the main roads so traffic noise is not existent. I absolutely recommend this for business or personal stays.

A beautiful Hotel, I have been staying at the this hotel for the past week now and I must say it’s been brilliant. The hotel itself vibrant and welcoming place with a friendly face. The staff is excellent and do their best accommodate your every need. Apart from its rooms which, are well presented and offers comfort from the moment you walk in, the hotel boast 3 lovely restaurants to chose from and a root top bar lounge where you can enjoy evening drink and watch the world go by. It also hosts a lovely outdoor and indoor family pool along with a spa and gym.

Perfect place for a business long term stay! Club lounge is a great! Service of Mr. Mahmoud is at first class!

I stayed in Crowne Plaza for a one week and it was amazing. I always have my dinner in Cafe Vienna located in the ground floor. They have a good variety of food that i enjoyed a lot coz it all really delicious.The staff are also great,courteous and friendly.. I highly recommend this place. See you in my next visit.

I had one of the best experiences, they have a very good reception, they take care of their guest with a smiling face 24/7, fast check in/out, good food quality and hospitality, room service is fast and very neat rooms. It also has a good location

A lovely hotel. Good restaurants and nice food especially in cafe Vienna where I spent most of my time having lunch and dinner and even for the breakfast because they are having a renovation in the main dining. The staff are really great,friendly and attentive.I definitely highly recommend this hotel. Thank you all

We stayed for 3 days with my family at Crowne Plaza, very nice business hotel in the Amman city, very friendly staff, good size rooms, nice restaurants and coffee shops and bar. If you are looking for a local restaurant I highly recommend Cafe Vienna, they serve fresh food prepared by a competent chef. My family had a great time here. Thank you

Didnt stay at the Hotel but visited their Black Iris Bar, folks this is a hidden secreat, its a rooftop bar, decent size, outdoor seating around the bar and seating of course inside..but the view is fantastic...but it checks all the boxes but one (for some folks). super staff, great view, good food, Happy Hour ( though a bit early 4-7 at the time of the writing 50% off) Folks this is a nice date bar no TV so no sports for the distraction.. If Google allowed it Id toss it a 4.5 star... This is the first time I have added pics to a review...

Great location and helpful staff at black iris.The hotel is well located and nicely appointed. We found the staff especially helpful, enjoyed happy hours at black iris rooftop bar. All staff were pleasant and professional in serving our meals.

The rooms here are spacious and well kept. The staff are friendly and well mannered. The club lounge is a little on the small side, but considering the small amount of people who actually visited its not too bad. Breakfast here is great, there is such a huge selection of food to choose from; like fresh omelettes, pancakes, cooked breakfasts and cereal. Overall a good hotel for access to Amman centre or an easy drive to the airport.

Top view of the city is amazing, this is a good place for relaxing on a winter day when you can sit outside and enjoyed the view, the staff is very unfloggingly cheerful, we had a great time.
