Light and nice with one comment that we checked out after a week or so and checked in different hotel; cause we thought the pool is closed (as this is what we have told when we checked in) . However at the time of checkout when we informed the front desk staff he said oh, yes but we opened the pool ! He tried to convince us to extend our stay cause we were not appropriately informed.

Sehr schönes Hotel im neuen und exklusiveren Stadtteil von Amman. Sehr grosse Lobby mit vielen verschiedenen Restaurants. Die Poolbar auf der Dachterrasse ist auch für Non-Residents zugänglich und lädt bei Schönwetter zum Verweilen ein. Aber das Beste: unschlagbarer Service von Jesus R., grosses Kompliment! Persönliche, ehrliche und authentische Bedienung, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Super Getränke und Essen, das zügig und frisch serviert wird. Hier gibt man gerne Geld aus und es wird meine Wahl bei der nächsten Amman Reise.

Beautiful, clean and convenient hotel in the city centre. Very impressive when you walk into the main lobby. We were here just for one night straight from the airport, so we didnt get to fully enjoy what the hotel had to offer. However I can comment on the bed being so comfortable and their room service being delicious (see pic of food). Staff were friendly and would definitely stay there again and in other Fairmonts.Only negative I had about this hotel was that I emailed the hotel in advance to inform them of our arrival time and that it was my partners birthday the next morning that we arrive and also check out. They informed me that they would put a cake and balloons in the rooom. When we arrived there wasnt anything there, which was a disappointment. When I brought it to their attention, they did rectify it and decorated the room by the time we returned from a day of exploring. Unfortunately we did not get to appreciate it as we were just picking up our luggage and leaving, so it was pointless and an anti climax. The staff were very accommodating though to fix the problem.

I stayed in this hotel for one night. One word: Amazing!We were welcomed professionally, seated while our turn comes.The check in process was very smooth and the lady was very professional.The lobby is spacious, clean, luxurious, with nice smells and wonderful decorations. The elevators are huge and spacious.The aisles are clean, the colors are relaxing.The room is amazing, with an entrance door and a second door seperating the wardrobes from the room.The bed is clean, comfortable. The sheets are delicate. The lighting is good. The office corner is great.The bathroom is very luxurious! Like 3 rooms into one bathroom! One for the toilet, one for the shower, and one for the basins and bath. The bath is very nice, high with big volume.The breakfast buffet was very rich, tasty, and clean. The waiters were very helpful and hospitable.I recommend this hotel for business visitors. It is also very close to Amman city centre and all the attractions.

Highlights: Allein schon der Eingangsbereich mit den schönen Blumen sowie die grosse Lobby mit der Rezeption, dem Lesezimmer und der Coffee Lounge haben mir besonders gut gefallen. Die Zimmer sind grosszügig, modern und mit hellen Farben gestaltet. Auch das Badezimmer ist luxuriös. Vom Zimmer aus hat man eine tolle Aussicht auf Amman. Das Frühstücksbuffet lässt keine Wünsche offen. Lowlights: Der Aussenpool-Bereich hätte etwas grandioser gestaltet werden können. Fazit: Ich komme sehr gern wieder! Randbemerkung: Amman ist eine spannende Stadt, die vielleicht schon bald zu den aufstrebenden Städte im Nahen Osten gehören könnte.

For me the best hotel to stay un Amman. Way ahead of St Regis or Four Seasons. 3 great restaurants in house, one japanese, one smokehouse and one libanese.It also have a great Spa and a disco with theme nights. Do not miss the awesome buffet breakfast

I am giving 3 star because of the serviceSpecially in the Nasim Lounge where there is shisha, i visited around 9pm and the service was so slow, i have ordered water when i arrived and they delivered it when i was about to leave, it took them almost an hour to deliver battle of water, the bill also once i paid they took 20 minute to come and take the bill, its just so slow although there are staff but some of them were busy sitting with some guests in the lounge, the room and the hotel interior are amazing i loved it but they need to address the service as its very important and when you are in such hotel you are expected to deliver good service.

Wed like to thank all the staff at Fairmont, The friendly and helpful staff really exceeded our expectations. It was such amazing having wine and cheese each evening, fruit and beverages always available and the delicious continental breakfast was wonderful.The rooms were spacious and homely.

A well deserved getaway from the daily grind of life. Definitely felt pampered by the hospitality from the moment Ive arrived to the final departure. Amazing breakfast spread that unfortunately I couldnt fully enjoy as I had business early mornings but more than happy to have had the appetite to enjoy the wonderful lunch and dinner options in the various restaurants they had. It can always be a bit of a scare trying to ensure that you eat good food when youre in a new country and the last thing you want to do is spend countless hours reading up on reviews and suggestions. Staying in the Fairmont brand definitely helps you ease your mind as they fully delivered. Ive had one of the best burgers ever in the Salt Restaurant for lunch and an amazing avocado and tuna salad at their Japanese restaurant Tsuki. Enjoyed a nice Shisha and the middle eastern delight um Ali at Nasim and a wonderful dinner with melt in your mouth steak at Salt. After a nice meal like these it was definitely nice to sleep on the Fairmont standard beds. Would definitely make sure to stay in Fairmont whenever Im back in Amman!

One of the best experience ever! They even personalise your in-room toiletries! That was a really nice touch - few of the staff members doesn’t speak English very well but Its ok - special mention to joahna (I am not sure if this is the right spelling) in reception she was very helpful and friendly - if you breakfast is not included you should definitely pay for it - great varieties of food!

Modern, well designed hotel, lots of space, several restaurants and bars, smallish but adequate outdoor pool on 3rd floor with adjacent bar serving a range of food and drink. Nur restaurant serves an excellent breakfast with a wide range of foods on offer. Sushi restaurant ok but sashimi not up to Western standards. Salt restaurant, appetizer are excellent, burgers average. Hotel restaurants have a great selection of very good Jordanian and Lebanese wines. All staff exceptionally friendly and helpful, the definition of efficient and courteous service. Highly recommended as a business or leisure stay.

Everything is perfect. Well-designed rooms and restaurants, especially the place for breakfast. Contemporary yet traditional Arabian interior and sunlight make each morning refreshing. By the way, the staff is so nice and sweet, my family is satisfied with the stay in the hotel.

استمتعت في كل تفاصيله من غرف وخدمه ومعامله ممتازه️Update: I have checked out today from room number 1405 and I forgot my Apple AirPods in the room and once I contacted the hotel they told me they find nothing in the room. But i’m 100% sure it its in the room. Hopefully managers will do something about itUpdate: After contacting the management through the email I have received a call yesterday and they told me they have found it after they went back to the room and check it again. I would like to thank the management and I expect nothing less from this Great Hotel ️
