Went here for first time yesterday with family and it’s terrible. Poor service and waiting for food is not worth it. Missing orders too and 15% service charge is included already in the bill, like seriously?? We don’t even got satisfied and happy with their service. In short, worst experience yesterday. It will be the first and last and never again coming back here.
I dont like to be mean but this restaurant management must be zero rating... As you sit in this restaurant the first offer is 15% automatic changes and this is rude... why they cant just offer something first..Then we understand that everything has its own standard but asking nicely because you ordered something that doesnt pass to your tastebuds we need to pay additional charges.. And their waitress its so unorganized... Where is the manager actually? we liked to speak to him but never showed up...Worst restaurant ever..Your Halohalo is sucks... We ask for brown sugar you give us white...
I ordered from this restaurant on Uber Eats and my god, the portions were SO SMALL compared to portions you order and eat in the restaurant!!! (Yes, I have eaten inside multiple times and know the portion sizes of the food) i paid $80 for an order that should’ve been $30!!! Don’t bother ordering here if you’re using Uber eats. What a waste of money!
Very much upset from their greediness. They charged 15% GRATUITY & 15% SERVICE CHARGE on top. I can understand restaurants are going hard times. I also leave tips myself as it should be based on how well you were treated. Felt like forced to pay. Will never go back for this specific reason.
It’s there 75th anniversary on October 18 and as a celebration they had a promo- a whole chicken and crispy pata for only $19.45. As expected they had a huge line one hour before opening. I arrived 30 mins before opening time and there were aready more than 40 people in the line. Everyone was excited thinking the restaurant is already preparig the orders as someone was qeueing everybody asking customer’s info. We were thinking is just going to be a hand-pay system. They started taking in dine-in customers. It took at least an hour to reduce the line into half. The restaurant should have anticipated the line up and prepared since the morning off.
Max’s is the best place to go for Filipino comfort foodies...
Found a couple hairs in the food! Otherwise food was delicious.
My wife and I had tried Max for the 1st time . Very pleasantly surprised the staff are great, The place is very well kept for an 8-9 year old place. The food was really good . KareKare and Pork Barbecue. The pork was TERRIFIC and look forward to our second visit in future
