Palpak sa party time management. My booking was 4pm. When we arrived and the guests arrived, hindi pa sila tapos sa party set ups as in cleaning pa and the loot bags and balloons are not ready and that was around 415 to 430. They did not also distribute the party board where guests can write so zero messages and guests have left. I have to instruct pa the staff what to do on some instances.Next time jollibee if party is booked as 4pm is dapat 4 pm naka set up na. Do not expect na guests will be Filipino time lahat. Nakaka frustate na nasira ang party na nakaka bad mood na abutan sila na naglilinis pa lang and set up eh anjan na guests. If hindi niyo pala kaya ang 4pm is you should have said so para i could have bought my own cleaners or i changed schedule since mabagal kayo.So for those thinking na magpa party dito, make sure na may tao kayo who will oversee the set up and cleaning since mabagal sila. Nakakainis imbes nagi memorable na masaya is nakakabadtrip ang kapalpakan nila. Nakakapag sisi I booked here and its obvious mga hindi sanay sa party at wala respect sa time.

Pretty big compared to the other jollibee in stopover. There is a room above for events/birthday celebrations. Manpower is a big issue here. Lots of cooks and cleaners but insanely few cashiers. Only one during non-peak hours, and two at most during peak hours. Senior citizens are often times not accomodated in the senior citizen lane.Manager should really keeping an eye on this issues. Disappointing. If I had to pick between this place and the one in stopover, go to stopover instead. Only good thing here is the place is bigger and can accomodate if you dine in with company.

One of the best Fastfood in the Philippines. Good for family & groups, has a drive thru.

The cashier did a poor job paying attention to my order. After they gave me my order, I had to call a server to double check my receipt. A poor experience this time around.
