Casa Cecilia is overall an OK hotel. We only spent the night there after our day tour at Taal town. Its a 20 minute drive from Taal Basilica to the hotel.The room we stayed in was the Taaleño Suite 2. It has 2 queen size beds and it was quite spacious. Room is up to 4 people only. Any additional person is an additional 1500PHP.Room does NOT have an electric water kettle, refrigerator and blow dryer. Water dispenser is outside the rooms. You may ask for a cup at the concierge.They said we have free breakfast but apparently only 2 people per room have free breakfast. Food was good.If you arrive at the hotel late at night, you have to ring the doorbell for them to open the door.Since the hotel is a two-storey building, there is NO elevator.If you search the place at Google Maps or Waze, it will show two places. Go to the Casa Cecilia near the Batangas Road.

Ok though. Big rooms. Balcony. Cr with bath tub. But pricey for the setup.

Clean but there was not much food available at the time we visited. We ordered the house special Casa whatever pansit, it was awfully salty. The place was a bit old and remote. If you’re looking for solitary confinement, I guess this could be a good place for you. Just don’t expect much from it. Also, a bit expensive in terms of the food and service.
