Fantastic food with awesome service. Great experience

We went to the Soup Restaurant Changi T1 for my Mums farewell lunch. The staff members were really responsive and polite in their service. I would like to specially commend Madam Esther Quek for her good service. She was attentive and efficient.We had the signature dishes - Samsui chicken, Ah Po sweet potato leaves and Tofu prawns. Everything was perfectly cooked and seasoned. My family enjoyed the meal very much.Highly recommend this restaurant!

Dim sum is really so so. Customer Service is top grade by the waiters and waitresses led by the manager Mr Victor. Spoke to him about our dining experiences. He said the food is cooked under their restaurant SOP. So now we understand the chief chef has a lot to catch up. Hence we would normally rate it 1 star but the great customers service earns the extra two. We wont return for dim sum but would for their samsui chicken which is their signature dish. Business diversification ultimately need the right experts to deliver the quality.

Pax of 4, dimsum buffet. Everything tasted either good or decent except the fried yam cake, too greasy and plain.. Leaving my friends feeling a little nauseated after consuming. The best few items I would personally suggest is the Char Siew bun, lava salted egg bun and the Char Siew noodles. If not for our almost exploding stomach, we would have gone for the 3rd round of noodles. Noodles were not too thick or thin, with the Al dente bite. Sauce is rich and fragrant. Would definitely go back for the noodles!

I really had high hopes on this restaurant but the food was not up to standard for the price paid for. Food was bland and lower than the standards of food courts and coffeeshops. We ordered the tiger prawn hor fun and penang mee sua. The senior (older) service staff were good, polite and attentive and working harder than the rest.

Portion size is really miserable for the price u pay...sweet and sour pork.share with a damily of 5. Each person get 3 miserable pcs..luffa with egg.i only got 3 thinly sliced luffa . Each dish already cost more than $10.. Service very bad also..
