Various products to choose from. Courteous staff. Waiting time is sensible. Convenient when youre in the mall. Usually packed though because its in the mall.

The employees are always nice and respectful, ALWAYS. this starbucks is ALWAYS PACKED THOUGH. They do open an hour before SM does though. Its starbucks food and drinks are always good. The only thing is they could clean up tables after customers leave way faster to cycle in and out more people and give ppl ckean places to sit

The staff, as usual, are very professional and often would address you by your cup name which makes the stay worth it. Theyll also ask how your day has been or if youre on your way to work or home. Kudos!

Coffee is fine as always but theres always a crowd here. You might not find a good seat.

Im a regular and they have the best customer service so far. They do make your coffee based on how you like it, if not, they will replace it even after days of when it happened. Our foreign clients also shared food experiences here. The baristas go tbe extra mile to remember their names even if it was just their 2nd visit to the store.
