Pag nasa mall ka, fastfood ang isa sa mga pinakamurang pagkainan. Masarap yung mga burger nila dito, yung chicken okay lang rin.

Puro harutan yung mga baklang staff. Kinalimutan na naghihintay ako sa fries nung nagdrive thru kami pinaghintay kami sa parking ng matagal.

I used their automated order taker ( i forgot what its called) You choose your order then insert your card to pay. Its a smart, good and safe way to order and dine on this pandemic.

I feel safe since they have C19 protocols in place.

They ugraded to NXTGEN kiosks but its very slow and inconvenient partly because you cannot pay directly at the kiosk if youre using a credit card because of bad signal (internet). You will still have to line up at the counter, wait in line (theres usually only one counter open), for the credit card payment to be processed manually by a living person. They did not think this through, IMO. Now instead of lining up once, you have to line up two times. First to input your order at the kiosk. Second to pay at the counter. Even when you pay cash, you have to go through this two step procedure. This is very inconvenient especially during rush hours. What an utter waste of time. Fast food is not fast anymore. They should just go back to their old system. Even the drive-thru is badly conceived. I witnessed a car jumping the line and cars already in line getting angry. Their drive-thru is ill-thought out as some car can really cut the line in that drive-thru. They should remake the layout of their present drive- thru to prevent line cutting.

All McDonalds are the same, food always less tasteful than you hope it would be

They just recently installed kiosks in the McDo branch in Vista Mall. The result, extremely slow ordering time contrary to what the managers claim. I prefer the good ol cashiers. Recently I was in Bali and was going to McDo for a quick afternoon snack. Seeing they also automated the ordering there I quickly left and went to KFC which is just across the street.

Its a better place to eat a wonderful, sweet and delicious meal

Probably the only McDonalds that doesnt have everything available on the menu. Last week there were no sundaes, this week no hot choco. I wonder what we will be missing next week.

Consistently good and clean. Big bonus for plenty of free parking slots and outside dining, we were able to find with our pooch in tow.

A very cozy mcdonalds with view of the Mt Taal volcano. It also have its own mccafe so you can enjoy the view while sipping on some coffee or eating some burgers. They do have ample parking space at the back.

McDo Vista Mall, Sta Rosa, provides lousy delivery service. Delivered two sets of hotcake meals for breakfast to our house without butter and syrup. Sent the missing items three hours later. Promised to call us back three times, and never did.
