Worst branch - poor and slow serice (waited for 30 minutes before our orders were served even though the restaurant was not full; server cannot even explain why the wait; also waited for another 10 minutes before our card was charged and the bill was fully settled - reason: because they ran out of paper for receipts); unsanitary - sticky tables and even some chairs and floor, has flies.

My Go to place which never fails. This time added the Halo Halo which could do some tweaking for improvement. It was a jampacked day as it was a Holiday but still got served under an hour.

This place is newly renovated and the interiors are better, but I miss the old movie posters on the wall. The food always taste good! But the serving of food takes longer, so if you are very hungry you might want to think twice before ordering.

This particular branch is an insult to the whole Pancake House outlets all over the country. I have never felt so disappointed with the level of their commitment to serve their customers. Terrible experience.

My problem with this restaurant is the long service time. Like, seriously for a red velvet pancake, will take 30 minutes? Thats insane!

The scampi pasta was delightful. Specially if you like taste of garlic. No need to add the bread though.

Familiar comfort food but with a new menu - good to taste new items, was pleasantly surprised. The restaurant itself needs freshening up in terms of decor and ambience - they still have the old movie posters from decades ago.

Their new mini pancakes are excellent except the chocolate one with peanut butter instead of butter. Who does that???

10/10 overall rating..
