Foods are so salty... Service very good the waiter who serves us is very accommodating but the food served is damn too salty...

We ordered carbonara (200+php for solo), bacon & cheese pasta (200+php for solo), Chefs choice salad, Skinny fries salted (200+php) and Hawaiian Large thin crust (300+php). Sorry as I was not able to take a pic of the pizza and salad. It all tasted very good, and the solo carbonara is good for two if you dont have a big appetite. We got the Chefs choice salad family size for free because we availed the Shakeys Supercard which is worth 499php valid for 1 year, the server told us we can get a lot of perks out of it so I signed up. My mom and I had an amazing experience, all the servers are attentive and always have a smile on their face. This branch also has a Fun Zone, which has arcade games and everything for free, and they have a large TV screen on the wall which shows live NBA games. This branch also caters to small gathering or party. Parking space is availbale in front of the restaurant. The place is also very clean and is open 24/7.

Customers are not well serve...even the supervisor are not listening well about customers need...dedma lang in coloquial word...

It is just as expected that they will be full when we came since it is dinner time. They really get jam packed during meal times. We ordered take out and they served it a little over the serving time. Still, wed love to wait because their pizza, pasta and chicken are so good, it is worth the wait.

Good and prompt service. Prices are within reach of middle income earner. With very accessible parking area.

Yummy food as always but recently, Im not happy with the service. the way the waiters treated us for the last three visits werent good. We were waiting for someone to wait for us but no one even bothered to assist us thats why we left the place and went to the nearest pizza place that looks like a dice and uses a pizza box with a beautiful girl modelling the pizza. Plus, the service was so slow. This isnt fast food but maaaaaaan, they like have amnesia. They forget you.

In my experience its always prompt service with a smile here. Even at wee hours of their 24 hours they are very welcoming and attentive. Plus the ambiance is really nice.

One of the coolest pizza house ive been in awhile. Been here for quite some time and the quality of service is in its excellent phase as always. Staff were accommodating and very friendly. There are enough space for everyone. Theres a playroom for kids. 2 huge television for everyone to enjoy and ofcourse the Pizza! So when u visit San Pedro. U have to experience the good ambiance and relax a bit and i am 100% sure that youre gonna enjoy every minute of your stay.

Of all the Shakeys branch that Ive been to, this was the worst that I experienced. The staff forgot to list our names on the waiting list but thankfully the manager came and given given us the available seat. However, service is too slow. As observed, staffs are a bit disorganized or unfocused. Comfort room is not maintained.

Worst experience I had with Shakeys Our pizza was delayed and we follow up we receive a lousy excuse nasunog po kasi yung pizza, kelangan namin magreplace ng order. So they had re-process our pizza when we all know that their over is automatic and there is least chance a pizza will be over cooked.We requested for the manager, and the worst part of their service is that it took us about 10mins before the manager approach us with a very rough tone and said to us Sir/mam may complaint daw po kayo? For a manage not to know what our complain and a rough tine?! If its true that you over cooked our pizza you should have the initiative to inform your customer of the situation and that the order will delayed. Obviously you dont care what your customer will feel if their or is not met on time.You should reconsider training your personnel on customer service not just cooking pizza.

The longest Sharkeys i known in town of san pedro, a good choice for family gathering and simple food craving. Its 24 hours so whnever i want some quality food, its always available.

While other Shakey’s branches allow replacement of spaghetti with Carbonara, this branch doesn’t allow it.I claimed my free birthday gift (which they accommodated) but when they presented me with their birthday cupcake, there was no candle nor a group singing “Happy Birthday” like the way we are accustomed to.Anyway, thanks for my free large pizza and the cupcake.

When I got my take away food, I was in a rush to get to the bus station, I realized They forgot to give me my change... So i went back, I was not even that far away from the restaurant yet. Meh...
