Pang ilang beses na umororder ng asawa ko sa branch na eto and yet everytime wala sila nung mga na sa menu tas mga naka simangot pa mga staff so disappointed.

I am so disappointed sa size ng chicken hindi worth it sa price sobrang liit kung ikaw din siguro ang makaka tanggap ng ganong size ng chicken you can feel the same way. Kfc is one of my favorite restaurant KFC is still the best. I hope that KFC Pacita will notice this kasi hindi lang ako nag rereklamo.

Very Slow Crew and of NO GOOD SERVICE, serving of Chicken Parts are VERY POOR....Hahainan ka lang ng puro TALUDTOD, kung hindi, THIGH PART na WALA HALOS makakain... HINDI NA MULI AKO UMULIT LALO DYAN SA KFC PACITA....

The service was horrible as if they dont know how to handle customers on peak hour. The chicken was soggy, the portions they serve was smaller than other fastfood chain and the price is more expensive... KFC is not on my list of favorite restaurant.

The place is good, but the prep for the food, specifically, the takeout food is poor.. no GRAVY inside the order.. 2 orders of 2pc-chicken, mushroom soup, .mashed potato..

Their fried chicken is not even close to what jollibees fried chicken taste like

The spicy chiken is just mild spicy.. :(

Small area than usual kfc but consistently serving the same tasting foods.

Crews are very accomodating. And the manager are nice and friendly to their employees.
