Dont use the drive-thru for this place , if you get behind the wrong car , like I did , you are in trouble . Dont ever use the drive-thru for any place period !

Delicious! I bought an extra side of macaroni salad.The young lady at the window gave me extra katsu and teriyaki sauce without asking. Plus they give you the thick, soft napkins, which I interpret as not skipping corners.

Living here for years Ive never came been to this location. On Wednesday was my first time here this guy name Joseph has excellent customer service, thank you for being polite and answering my questions in professional timely matter. Will be coming back.

Love the food it is amazing but the drive through is ridiculously long. I waited in drive through 30 min and I didnt even order yet and then when I did, it took another 15 minutes to make it to the window and then at the window another 7 minuets to get my food. Something needs to be done Im not sure if more cooks are needed but that quite a long wait for a drive thru

Drive thru is a long wait. Dont waste time just phone order ahead.

Just went here and placed an order for bbq & katsu mix and a Hawaiian bbq mix. The katsu mix was alright but the Hawaiian bbq mix did not include the ribs nor the chicken just a bunch of meat thrown on the vegetables, as you can see in the photo. I called numerous times and the call just beeps busy and hangs up on you. If I could give it a zero I would. Im very disappointed and will not be going back. How is it possible to make a mistake like this and plus have the phone lines not open. This is very upsetting and disturbing.

One of my preferred spots to grab something to eat. convenient location, neat, and great customer service. I highly recommend them!

Mary shouldn’t do drive thru if she’s gonna get the order wrong and complain about it. Do ur job right instead Or apologize instead of slamming the drive thru window at us while yelling for no reason.

This restaurant has a drive thru but the food is of the highest quality- the service was like other locations weigh no drive thru... I recommend Ono Hawaiian BBQ for catering your next family get together!

Went through drive thru around 6pm on a tuesday. It was super busy, took like 20mins from ordering food to getting food. Service was still good and no issues to mention. Food is always consistent at Onos

The food is always good. If you dine inside, its not quite kept up. The tables and floors are always sticky and I swear there are always flies in the window. Drive thru is the only way.

Not high quality Hawaiian food, but good for comfort if youre missing the islands.

Foods great here but I called and was put on hold for 14 minutes without any response back..Horrible customer service on their part.

Open early. Close at 2. So get their early

During these times of non dining in the drive thru staff was friendly and fast. Couldnt ask for a better experience from an overwhelmed drive thru with cars out to the street.

The workers made me uncomfortable with how they were looking at me. The dine in is dirty. The overall service was horrible. I work in food as well, and I dont even act like that.... managers/owners should show their employees how to have better people skills.

Was an average Hawaiian bbq stop, very disappointed in the portion sizes though. First visit, was really disappointed in how little meat you got for the price, tried to cover it up with half the plate filled with cabbage. Not bad, but better choices and wouldnt return.

Love this spot , the family platter is good with an assortment of meats chicken, beef, kalua pork and macaroni with special teriyaki sauce.

I love theirsalad is fresh and crispy. I also love their fish. they only take so long to have the fish ready.But I love their place in San Pedro

Always terrible service. 10 minute wait in drive thru AFTER paying for 1 teriyaki bowl. Drive thru attendant was very busy texting in her cell phone though.

If you want Ono, dont go to this one, they cut corners and the food is average at best. If you want a better experience go to the one on sepulveda and Normandie way better good and staff!

One of the people that worked there sneezed in her hand and did not even wash her hands...she then grabbed a cup to fill it with soda..... I know her name and I know what she looks like Hispanic girl. Because of that I would never go into that restaurant.

I used to eat here fairly regularly and have never been disappointed with the food. After the pointedly rude customer service I received from the heavily tattooed attendant Ill not return. Employers who tolerate this sort of behavior do not need my business.

So delicious and thankfully their prices havent gone up much due to covid.
