Good place to dine-in, take-out and drive-thru, but parking area is being haunted by begging-money bystanders,.Yung mga staff ok naman, maliban lang sa banda hating gabi at madali araw kung abutan ka, dahil sa parang mga wala pakialam sa order mo pag nag dine in ka. Parang mga tinatamad, or mga lutang ata, hindi mga alerto.

I agree sa ibang nagsasabi rito na since Jollibee yan, okay naman ang food. Well-established na. Ang issue ay sa ibang aspects, such as sanitation, service, availability ng food items at security.The thing is 24 hours sila nag-o-operate pero kapag wee hours na, bumabagsak na rin ang level nila. Kulang na sa crew, kulang na food items, etc. Medyo marumi ang CR. Mahina ang tubig/sira ang gripo at walang sabon. Maliit ang space ng restroom nila kaya nga nakapagtataka na parang hirap silang i-maintain.Kapag madaling-araw, nagsasara sila ng sections which is understandable kasi walang gaanong tao pero kapag dumami na, wala namang nag-aabala sa kanilang magbukas. Nakapatong pa rin ang mga upuan sa mesa o kaya nakaharang sa daan para di pumuwesto ang customers sa specific side na nililinis nila.Heto pa, minsan hindi alerto ang guard. Imbes na pagbuksan ka ng pinto, hahayaan ka lang kahit marami kang bitbit na takeout.Yung customer service nila ay hit or miss kaya nasasabi ko na lang sa sarili ko na nasa crew at management talaga ang success ng store. Kahit well-known brand ang Jollibee pero pangit ang interaction nila sa customers, wala rin. Kumikita sila dahil sa brand at puwesto. Sabihin nating accessible kasi. Pero siguro kung may ibang choice ang tao, doon sila pupunta.Yung pinakakinaiinis ko ay ang availability ng food items. Bukas nga 24 hours pero yung food wala naman. Ano pang silbi noon? Eh di magsara na lang sila kung hindi nila kayang i-sustain ang demand ng tao. Hindi rin sila naglalagay ng not available. Lalo na kung may bagong item na may poster pa sa labas at kaya ka nga naengganyong pumasok ay para bumili noon. Pipila ka nang matagal only to find out na di pala available ang gusto mo. Hindi sila marunong maglagay ng sign para hindi nasasayang ang oras ng customer sa wala. Yung mga staple items nila minsan wala. Sasabihin nila na wala pong burgers, puro chicken lang or something like that. Okay lang sana pero again, kung naglagay sila ng sign na not available eh di hindi ka na mag-e-expect.EDIT:Dumaan ako rito on my way home at may sabon naman ang CR nila panghugas ng kamay.

Orders are so slow. Only few workers within LUNCH time. An order can take up to 30 mins wait time. Though the food is freshly cook but JOLIBEE is considered a fast food not a restaurant.

In the height of this pandemic, I think kulang parin sa pag facilitate ng social distancing. People were all around the counter and no one dared to remind those people.

Great food, though sometimes not properly cleaned as soon as one is done eating on the table...

Just like any other fastfood chain of Jollibees. The service is adequate not too good and not too bad as well. But, being located in a place like Pacita Complex where most of the people are use to be active at night. Having this Jollibee open 24 hrs is a big plus.

Ordered my favorite merienda jollyhotdog... It is superb!

Line queuing is bad considering its peak hours. Typical fastfood scenario.

Staffs are approachable but the amenities should be kept clean all the times.

Well, jollibee is jollibee.. excellent food.. but as expected, it is always crowded.. queues are always very, very long..

Still one of the best waiting place in pacita.

Visited this branch for a kiddie birthday party and I must say that the staff/crew was on-point. Food was delivered efficiently. The Emcee was proficient. Air conditioning was just right. This place would have earned all five stars if they had adequate parking.
