Service is quick and efficient. The salad/fruit bar has great choices as well has their sauce condiment bar where you can create your own flavors. Meat quality is a step up compared to Gen in my opinion. Better portions when it comes to appetizers, and the alcoholic drinks are solid.Our usual dinner will be both BBQ/Hot Pot and a tower of soju with two flavors mixed. Staff is super friendly as well. Worth every penny.

Say it with me, BEST KOREAN BBQ in the Bay Area, and then say it again hands down THE BEST Korean BBQ in the Bay Area. I keep finding myself coming back more and more for the Bulgogi and their hot pot is also amazing (get the Taiwanese Spicy Broth for a nice kick).

Great spot for all you can eat Kbbq. Server was great as well. But had to wait 45-60 mins for a table.

Another AYCE Korean BBQ spot that has satisfied my KBBQ needs. I love the decor and spacious tables, which is ideal when you have meats piling on top of each other. The place looks almost identical to Q-pot in San Jose. I think they have the same owners but I gotta say there are some very special differences. Goku and Q-pot serves both KBBQ and hot pot and they are in all ways very similar. Only difference is that Goku does not have a touchscreen menu and lack Napa cabbage and egg noodles for thier hotpot. Abothrr difference is that they have the Goku house soup base (a tonkatsu soup)which was delicious. The meat quality is great and thier kalbi is marinated well. My wife liked that they serve oysters, but I caution you that they take a while to cook. Oysters were large and plump and you need to strategically place them on the grill so they dont take too much space. We stayed almost 2 hes eating there and a good portion was to cook the oysters. But over all 5/5 for this place! We will be back this weekend.

Solid AYCE BBQ house. Prices are reasonable and the food quality was decent. Wish they turn on the hood stronger so that customers dont smell like BBQ meat.

The food was really good. You have the option to do hot pot and Korean bbq. You can do one or do both.I wasnt a huge fan of the small plates at this spot. They were ok, but Ive gone to other places that I thought were better.They have a sauce bar, which is slightly confusing for a first timer and hard to follow, especially when a line of people are behind you. They have the types listed on a far back wall in very small print and the ingredients arent labeled at the bowl, but on the glass guard. You figure it out but its confusing.For Hot Pot, they dont have a description of what the broths are, and I got a bit of an attitude from one of the staff when a broth I ordered for my daughter, wasnt what she was expecting and she didnt want to eat it. I ended up taking it, and didnt like it and was able to ask someone else to get me another type.The service can be a bit slow, it took us asking multiple times to have items brought for our Hot Pot, its slightly confusing who is your server.Overall, the food is really good. Its a newer restaurant and they are still working out the kinks.

Grear place. Food comes out super fast and is delicious. Staff is attentive and friendly.it can get pretty busy for dinner so plan on waiting a while

I dont have a lot of experience with Korean Barbecue restaurants, so I cant compare this to other places, but honestly there is no need for any other places. The food and value and service is absolutely stellar, and this place should have a long wait at all hours of the day, but it doesnt.The pork broth is perfect, the premium steak is flavorful and tender, and the bulgogi is only mildly sweet and wonderful. Even the mochi served is expertly wrapped in a soft but toothsome rice paper and the ice cream inside is the best youll find. I cant wait to go back tomorrow

Yum,.liked the veggies, the corn and the overall set up. The staff was great. The food was great and the condiment/ sauce bar was perfect. I loved that it was lit just right and wasnt filled with smoke, other hot pot/bbq places are filled with smoke and very dark.
