I have not been here for a few years, but the experience was relatively very good. They followed social distancing and masks guidelines and so did the customers. We waited for a while to get our food, but was worth the wait as the food was piping hot and delicious. The employees were nice and courteous and made sure that everything was in order. We came in at lunch time and it wasnt as busy.

Great service!However, their dining area is outside in their parking lot near a Vons. Location wise I give it 2 stars but food wise I give it 4.

Chicken is good could use better staffing tho. Full of kids in the back messing around. This place had full line out the door with only one cashier. They had 3 registers but choose only to use 1. There was a heat wave that sunday over 100 degrees outside. Store itself was over staffed but everyone was having fun and having a boba party. from the looks of it I saw they did a boba run to n7 at one point i was like dam didnt know jolly bee sold boba. In my opinion they need a proper manger there to over see evething there a lack of urgency toward the customer.

Fast service, customer service is excellent and most of all foods are yummy!!especially fried chicken so crispy. Love it!!!

One of the best chicken sandos available and the chicken was fresh , crispy and on point. Eat here when you can.

The quality of the product was so good and delicious.When i enter to the store, the staff was already there for me taking my orders and she is so friendly and beautiful when she smile. And i really comeback and i will bring my friends.

First time going. Chicken & peach/mango pies are reason enough to return again & again.

Short wait time, sad to.say only dark meat but its great and the customer service I a NICER than you believe. 5 of 5 in my books

Nothing like Jollibee! This location is clean and well staffed.

I liked the menu and the chicken and the line wasnt too long overall I liked it.

What.....try the chicken sandwich youll love it. Really love the breakfast combos. Chicken is always great.

It took me 1h to get there and almost took 2 hours to get back home because traffic it mey be woth it but only once a month if Jollobee sees this pleas make a restaurant at Modesto

Place is good, food is good but the service is not good I mean you could get your food faster in in n out burger wheres the line is 3x longer than jollibee..

Ordered 3 PC burgersteak and checked receipt for takeout. Checked it and only 2 PCs of burgersteak was given.

Food are the best, mexican will love the spaghetti and chicken

Hardly any kinds of sodas available and chicken was ok. I was kinda upset my order was wrong, I was given spicy, instead of regular chicken.. had to trade with bf

They really need to pick up all the trash around the entrance. But chicken and gravy is awesome.

Chicken great.. gravy great.. but the potatoes were sticky like paste..

I like this Jollibee location! Weve been here couple of times, and this specific location is quite spacious. We always go to Jollibee in Great Mall location, however this will be our go to place since I just found out couple months ago.Jollibee fried chicken is one of the best chicken compared to KFC, in my humble opinion. What makes Jollibee fried chicken different is the gravy, you can use the gravy as dipping sauce as well, or pour it over rice or mashed potatoes or even fries.Their famous dessert is halo halo, basically ube flavored ice cream mixed with tropical fruits like jackfruits, coconut flesh, and some syrup.Definitely will come back to this location if Im craving for fried chicken.
