Great service, was even asked whether I wanted ice in my water or not. Food came out very quickly and my huevos rancheros tasted great.

The food was very good. I had the Blueberry pancakes the first day and the Buttermilk pancake the second day. Yes, I like pancakes and theirs are so fluffy and buttery. My friend had the weekend buffet both mornings at $45 per person, a little pricy but it was her long weekend birthday celebration. They have both cold and hot food selections and lots of sinfully delicious desserts! Go there hungry!

We had a delicious brunch here. The service was attentive and there were really great options. Looking for a brunch place on a Sunday that has space in San Jose is not easy. This place saved us.

My husband and I had the Saturday brunch buffet. It was tasty and fresh! There was lots of fresh fish, charcuterie, bacon, sausage, sushi, steak, breads, an omelet bar, macarons and others in a dessert bar. The service was also great. One of the waiters, Alberto, went above and beyond to get an ingredient to make my coffee drink. He was awesome and everyone else was also friendly and helpful. Would return.

I have never had a plate of food look so far from the normal appearance or flavor than in this restaurant. The tortillas were not fried (steamed and at the bottom of a salsa, guacamole and jalapenos. Then the over easy eggs were hidden from view. But the smell from the dish was dreadfully soured, and next time i will warn the other diners .

The restaurant is like many hotel cafés, nothing special. I was surprised that a Sunday brunch was $45. Not much there, an Omelette maker, some sausages, desert, etc. Parking is only valet and nearby parking spaces were $12 flat fee.The food was ok, nothing special and it was too expensive.Service was basically two visit, one to take the order for the buffet and the second to bring the check.

The central bar in the Fairmont lobby (which we loooove) is closed for renovation...which forced us to Fountain. It turns out that Fountain is a really cool place to hang out! Beautiful finishes, fantastic service and great burgers.

I was really impressed on the staffs attentiveness and the delicious breakfast items! This place is definitely worth a try.

Service was impeccable and there were quite different options on the menu for various tastes. I do think it was a bit pricy. I ordered the grilled cheese and it was delicious, but super greasy and heavy. We went for lunch time and the place was super quiet.

You can never go wrong with Brunch on Saturday, make sure to try and get Lincoln or Paul as your servers, they have been in the business for over 25 years, and know how serve up mimosas and laughter♡

4 of us came for breakfast for the 1st time. They werent very busy even though there was a fantasy animate convention going on. Their menu is kind of limited.Their buffet was $40/pp but we decided to do ala Carte instead. Coffee was good but the creamer cup had a dried ring in it so when we poured the creamer, it had dried creamer floating on top of the coffee. I mentioned it to the hostess or manager so the busboy changed the creamer & gave us fresh coffee. We had to ask the waiter 3x for our 1st glass of orange juice. My kids ordered an OJ & a lemonade a few minutes after weve already ordered. He couldnt remember lemonade & what the 2nd drink was just 30 sec after my kids ordered with him.I felt the busboy was a bit too old, slow & forgetful to do the job. I think he was in his 60s or older. I asked for my steak to be medium but it came out to be medium well (almost well). My younger son thought that his ham, bacon & cheddar omelet was a bit too salty so I gave him my eggs instead. My bf liked his egg benedit though. My bf was craving croissants but they only had 3 little buffet size croissants for $7 which was not satisfying for him especially compared to the $5 big delicious croissant at Tartine bakery in Sf. My older son was ok with his burger except he didnt want onions. Not sure if they forgot to update their menu prices or what. My older son thought that his burger base price was $15 but it was $18 on the bill & they added $3 bacon + $3 eggs to it so his burger came out to be $24. 3 OJ was $27. I swore OJs were $5 ea (Not $9ea) on their menu. Our bill came out to be around $120 for 4 people before tips. At these extremely high prices, we expected much better quality control, service, ambience & food. We will most likely not be coming back.

We chose this restaurant for a great afternoon lunch, tbe food was ok, pasta in menu was not made correctly ingredients in menu was missing.We had a bday, they forgot to bring the bsay dessert. Very disappointing $120 lunch.

This should not be a one dollar sign restaurant. The buffet is $39, granted it has steak and sushi and an omelet bar, and the average meal for breakfast is about $16. Food is good, but the staff seemed pretty disorganized, and its definitely more expensive than it lets on to be
