From the first day na dumating ako dito sa Holiday Inn Room 2413 Masasabi ko satisfied ako sa place, ang room malinis, bathroom i feel relax kase nagagamit ko ang bath tub (warm bath)for pasting time - - AC working good., I will recomend Holiday inn sa family ko and friends from local & overseas. Best experience and I can say na parang 2nd home ko narin dito after Qatar before uuwi sa bahay sa province. God bless us all.. Thank you sa maayos at malinis na service!

Worth it yung pag stay sa holiday inn (pasig) as for my quarantine facility. Sa mga staff na super accommodating, sa todo assist ng owwa representative at coast guard. Sa every day free meal na super sarap (mapapa extra rice ka) sa pag bibigay ng mga kailangan specially kapag naubusan ako ng water , *tawag lang kay receptionist then after a few minutes nandyan na ung nirequest ko. Hindi lang isang bottle ang binibigay nila kundi 2-4 bottles pa. Thank you guys sa uulitin

Its quite an old hotel, room outlook, facility, carpet...environment are old... Breakfast environment and seating area were like an old hotel. Breakfast was ok but lack of vegan choices. Internet signal very strong But very slow. Pros, Hotel staff very friendly and approachable,helpful. Hotel is strategic located next to big shopping mall very convenient to walk pass through 4th floor connections Bridge

The staffs are nice and helpful but why does the room smells old? And the bed is not even? It is extremely uncomfortable to lay on (Room 2313). It also have dirty windows from the outside. Lastly unlike the Holiday Inn & suite Makati branch it doesnt have a channel guide for its TV.

Had a wonderful 2 nights stay in this hotel. All staff I have encountered with (i.e. front desk, concierge, housekeeping) were all amazing. Rain who checked me in and another lady who checked me out (couldnt remember her name) were both quite helpful, pleasant, and professional. They are great assets in this hotel. Got a courtesy call the night before my check-out date, asking if everythings okay during my stay and if theres anything they can assist me with, which is such a nice gesture. Requested a disposable razor as I have left mine at home, and arrived quickly. Room was a bit dated but really clean and tidy, and had a fantastic view of the city. Loved the easy access to Robinson Galleria on the 5th floor too. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again on my next visit to the Philippines.

Stayed for the stringent quarantine requirement for non-OFW travelers. Staff was very accommodating. Room was clean and spacious, bed was comfortable. Overall had a great experience.

Room is smelly and the beddings wasn’t change and sanitize specifically the pillow it is used pillows! How u can be safe if your room is not hygienic specially this time of covid. It’s disgusting

Nice place to stay. But lots of refurbishments taking place that time. No vivid signs going to the hotel in the mall entrance, coming from carpark. Breakfast buffet is fantastic!

Room is relatively big for the price. Check-in queuing could be improved (30 mins per guest). Generally ok and will recommend.

The place maybe old but certainly the hospitality never changes. I like the variety on their buffet breakfast that allows guests of different nationalities plenty of option to choose from. I have been to most of the Holiday inn hotels across APAC and experience with this hotel was not that great.Bathroom curtain was stinkingSmall flying insects in the room. May be because its old hotel.House keeping didnt replace new towels.Found fly on salads during breakfast.Overall stay was OKish and will not visit again unless there is no other choice, like this time.

My first experienced as seniors citizen was fully respected by the front desk. Since i booked thru hotels agency my booking was accurate.When i requested for an early check in the front desk no second thought from them and again requested form a king size bed instead of the twin beds it was granted right away. Great place for our New Years stay in Manila. We didnt expect to need a hotel but decided last minute to stay in one. Our 6 day stay was great for the value. It started off being really busy but quickly quieted down after the holiday.Upon arrival, we got a room that had some smell I couldnt handle so when we told the front desk, they did their best to accomodate. Even though the hotel was fully booked due to the holiday, they made sure to get us in another room on the same day. While we were waiting though, they offered a room ionizer to help with the smell. Overall, we enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn because it provided direct access to Robinson Galleria where we shopped for food and items to bring home. We also made sure to include the breakfast buffet everyday which made it even more convenient for our stay. It was located in the business district and found it central.

My stay at this hotel I call my home in Manila was again very comfortable. I like the convenience of not having to go out of the premises to go shopping, go to restaurants, sports and health facilities. As soon as Im ready, Ill just take the elevator, and wallah! Its all there in the Robinsons huge premises. Its very easy to feel at home in HI Manila Galleria.

Overall pleasant staying at Holiday Inn Manila Galleria but there are areas where it could improve. Great location beside the mall it was so easy to go down and get any necessities such as grocery, bath essentials, food, coffee. Theres also a 7 Eleven across the road. The staff was courteous and helpful and excellent. Was able to adjust room temperature to suit. The beds and pillows were good. I noticed some noise seeping in through the windows and not sure if it was the air quality circulating but often i woke up sniffling (14 nights). I didnt like the overall dim and warm (orange) ambiance of the hotel and room. There didnt seem to be enough illumination. Wood was used extensively throughout the hotel and the age of the wood is showing especially in the bathroom. The toilet bidet was useful. The sink taps could benefit from using levers instead of knobs. Hard to turn when you have soapy hands to turn back on. Overall a good value and would come back if I need to be near the area.

Overall, we actually had a great time staying here. We have done it multiple times. However, it seems that some major renovations are badly needed. While our bedroom was overall ok, we ended up being next to someone who were very very noisy and loud in the middle of the night! There was a leak in the shower wall. At first I thought it was just not cleaned well enough but when I saw the brownish pool of water by the tub again the following day, thats when I realized that theres a leak on the wall. It was kind of gross! On the plus side, the food (buffet breakfast) was great. One more thing, although they have very friendly staff, I wish we get our bags sooner. Twice now, I had to wait for my bags to come up because I was asked to leave them but if I had taken them with me, it would have been faster. Like I said, the service and the hotel as a whole is not the same anymore. Time for some major renovations and updating.

My family loved our stay in Holiday Inn Ortigas. We got the Family Weekend Getaway Promo and it was a very good experience for all of us. My kids were able to swim. Since the hotel is just near the mall, it was easy for us to find restaurants to eat. Part of the package were free passes to Kidzoona and Play Lab, which my kids enjoyed. We were also given movie passes. Our favorite is the free Gelato from 7 Corners Express. We got 2 scoops for each one of us, and they were really good! This Family Treat is really worth it. Well definitely come back!

Holiday Inn is the best hotel if your convention is at Crowne Plaza Galleria. It is adjacent to the convention area connected through the 4th floor. Shopping is convenient because the hotel is also connected to a mall, Robinson’s Galleria via the 4th floor. It is located in the middle of the city where taxis abound and different establishments are located.My only unpleasant experience is with the elevator. The numbers in the buttons are not very clear so I have to wear my reading glasses to press the right button. Aside from this, my overall experience in the hotel is excellent.

This is my 1st time staying in Holiday Inn in Manila... I stayed also in Holiday Inn in Ilo-ilo a couple of months ago this year with my classmates... and i tell you one thing that this hotel is excellent in terms of my personal experience and needed during my stays.. so.. try yourself (but i missed the swimming part.. :( the activity that i always try whenever theres a pool in the hotel.. because of the intense activity during our Convention i was not able to test the pool. but its quiet tempting looking from above down from my room to the pool side.. :) Will try to stay again soon with my family if time allows.. Thank you for everything.. Holiday Inn is always amazing... even when youre not on Holiday this hotel offers you amazing thing during your convention or meetings or any events youre planning to have.. Enjoy the service. :)

A little tired physical structure. They seem to be working on improving things like the locks were changed to RFID during my stay as also work was done on wifi. The interconnectivity to the Robinson Mall and Crowne Plaza were a big plus

Room is good size for its value, but beds are just too SMALL. They are only 1 person child size beds. I prefer QUEEN beds. A/C in this room was very WEAK, and got warm at times. Bathroom needs BRIGHTER LIGHTS. Shower was actually hot and powerful. Room was actually fresh and clean.

I am completely satisfied with everything but would enjoy more American choices on the menu. This would be a great step forward for the hotel. The cooks do a great job preparing our orders and the food is always served at the table hot and tasty. I have become familiar with much of the staff and enjoy their great service each year.

The place looks rustic. Brown everywhere. I enjoyed the bath tub and the huge restroom. Although youll really notice that the hotel is a bit old. The breakfast was nice too. They serve mostly Filipino traditional breakfast then cereals and a variety of drinks.

Spacious and clean room but a bit old. Security is not that strict. Anyone can just come and go.

Great stay at affordable price. We have fast check in and the staff are all accommodating and smiling even when that was just after Christmas. The breakfast buffet is also commendable. No hassle with all our request and the charges (if any) are all reasonable.

Me and my wife celebrated our wedding anniversary and we prefered to stay in the city to stay away from long drive and traffic going to somewhere. That is when we decided to just spend the day at Holiday Inn. We had a very nice time together. We were able to enjoy each others company and together with the perks we got it was really a moment to remember.. We are definitely coming back

Great customer service. Clean rooms and connected to a big shopping mall. No need to cross the street rain or shine. They need to put more lighting fixtures though because i found the room quite dim. But my overall experience is THE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE OF THE HOTEL!!

I celebrated my birthday there with my family. We requested for baby cot for my newborn but not available. Luckily we chose to have 2 beds as an upgrade. Front desk agent Monique was very pleasant and attend to us for check in however, she forgot to follow up our 2 movie pass til we checked out. Belle in the fab restaurant was great, she really attend to our requests and look after to us very well. I am also working in the hotel I really appreciate them. We had a great bfast and blow my birthday cake there with the help of belle.

Pros:1. Smooth check-in, we had an early c/i. 2. Staff were nice.3. Extra Bed was comfy.Cons:1. When we enter the room, the smell was a bit odd maybe because of the carpet. 2. Incomplete toiletries and pillows. I paid for an extra bed but they did not add toiletries for that EB. 3. Had a hard time to sleep at night because we are hearing the pressure of faucet or shower from the other room-_-. 4. Breakfast is okay, but i think you need to take a look at your pancakes when putting it in a chafing dish. Because once it sits there for a long time and take a bite on it, its hard as a rock. I got disappointed since I love pancakes.But nevertheless, i would still recommend this hotel because of its prime location.

Towels are clean but a bit old. Room is newly refurbished. Lobby is too small without restrooms. Not enough lounge areas. Security is fine. Ceiling needs some carpentry work. As well as controls of the AC needs to be converted to digital.

The value of it connected to the Mall was great as we were able to shop and eat at many places without having to take taxis.The value, as the room rates were cheaper, also comes from the rooms being a bit old and tired. Furniture needs upgrading, TV could have been bigger with better reception. Lots of the channels were snowy. Then there is the Air Con, from the first day the room felt warm and wet. Even after the technician came the next day it was never a cool, dry room. Also, the layout of the one bedroom suite did not allow for good airflow, trapping the warmer air in the bedroom itself. The rest of the room always felt cooler than the bedroom.GET the breakfast buffet when booking the room. It was awesome. The Staff were also very friendly throughout the hotel.

The hotel staff were all accommodating. At one point I was really shy to ask if I can have my food reheated since I already called one time but when I opened the door, the staff who went to get my food reheated was all smiles and never let me feel that I was asking too much. He eas just so happy to serve me. Mind you it was already late, like maybe 10 or 11 at night. So kudos!

The hotel is good, the buffet breakfast is very delicious, they have also an easy access to Malls. The bar is also nice.

I booked a two bedroom suite for my 72 year old sister in law and her friends of the same age who all came from Lucena City, Quezon Province. because of my busy schedule, i was not there both upon their check in and out. i had to make arrangements for them through front desk. i visited them on the night of their stay. everyone was happy and extremely satisfied. they praised the good and hospitable staff. they felt well taken cared of although i was not there to personally attend to them. further, when i was there to visit them, one of them developed severe headache because of the long travel and traffic. i am a doctor but i do not have my medical gadgets with me. i asked front desk if i can borrow tthe BP apparatus and the stethoscope of the hotel clinic. in few minutes, the hotel nurse was there with me! he ably gave assistance and made aure my hypertensive guest was well all through out the over night stay.

We had a family bonding at this hotel. We requested for 4 rooms and stayed overnight. Had a good stay in this hotel and rested very well. Kids love the pool, but would prefer to make it bigger because it is crowded. Nice location just adjacent to shopping mall.

Though the facilities need to be updated, we still like to stay in Holiday Inn Galleria, their rooms are very spacious. Good for family. We hope they could update their restaurant as well, more colors and morning vibe.

Holiday Inn Galleria Manila is located in the central business district of Ortigas, Pasig City. It is conveniently connected to one of the biggest shopping malls in the area, and is a stones throw away from three other malls within Ortigas. Good value for money, great food and great staff! Will definitely be back again and again.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The hotel staff are all courteous and hospitable. The room was nice and cozy, perfect for that romantic overnight stay with your love one. The facilities and amenities are really at par with the competition. Most of all, food is sumptuous that will make you come back for more.

The hotel’s hospitality was very welcoming. My partner and I had a delayed flight and the front desk agent was more than happy to accommodate any requests we had. The old school rustic feel design of the hotel rooms were very unique and relaxing. However, after we checked out the bellman insisted on grabbing our luggages to put in inside the grab car that we ordered even though I told him that I got it. He told me, “I’ll take care of this!” and grabbed away our luggages. After he got done on putting it away, he looked at me in the eyes for about 4 seconds and what I believed of him asking me for tip without saying anything. I didn’t give him anything then he closed the rear door of the car. This bothered me a lot because I thought he was just being genuine since he insisted even though I was more than capable of doing it on my own.

A relaxing stay after the church visits we did on holy thursday and good friday! though the hotel was jam packed, the service was very good specially during our breakfast. We just asked if there was dangggit or daing ( local fish dish), but there was none at the buffet offers. however, to our surprise, they specially prepared one dish of daing na bangus, perhaps from the FAB kitchen! and specially delivered to our table! thanks, Holiday Inn food service section! Also, had a fast flawless check out! Considering that the hotel is a little old now, the service was really great!

Overall, hotel met all my expectations. Front desk staff especially Gel was efficient and charming. Requested room was provided. Thanks for that. The lifts or elevators must be inspected. There were times the lifts were acting strangely.

It was obvious that the room we stayed in was not frequently used. The thick layer of dust the surfaces of the furniture as well as the dirt of the carpet was addressed bu housekeeping within minutes of bringing it to the attention. The curtains were no longer white.I had a hard time getting to sleep. The best i can describe it is the sound of barbells being dropped on the the floor. But we were on the 7th floor and the gym is on the 5th so I dont think it is from there, or if it is I feel like I shouldn’t hear it from mu floor.Hope you find out what this was and address this. Or at least let the guests know of this.

Very good hotel especially if you have meetings in Pasig City.Very comfortable location and connection to the shopping center.However, what is most important to me in this hotel is the great service.The team at both reception and conciege, househeeping or restaurant team - all of them are great.Above average approach to the guest. I love how friendly the staff were, from check in counter to room services, restaurant, housekeeping, and even guards. I love staying at hotels where we feel welcomed and valued. Not to mention they gave us complimentary cakes. I requested for one but it keeps pouring each day. How bout that sweet treat? Also the room is so huge and we love all the natural lights that’s coming in. At 21st floor, atleast there’s a good view.

This hotel was one of my favorites having stayed many times over the years , but my recent stay i was really not impressed with some aspects of the service .Check is fine always friendly and helpful as is check out , i was upgraded to my favorite room as a platinum member and this was much appreciated , as we had a long day with flight delays and traffic delays it was good to be able to settle in , but that was not to be as the bathroom was leaking water from the roof , i think from the air con called and with in 15 minutes it was being attended too, but as it looked like it was going to be a long job, requested to change rooms and this was granted , same room type executive deluxe and upon checking it discovered only hot water in the bathroom no cold must have been a thermostat problem and as i wanted to take a bath this was not possible so again a call to the duty manager to change rooms again , this time we we upgraded to a suite , which sound s great but they are not my favorite room in this hotel as they lack power points in most areas , but as we were tired and feed up of moving rooms as it had been over 90 minutes since we had first arrived in the first room we decided to accept it as it did have hot and cold water and no leaks .I asked the duty manager for compensation and in the form of points and was told you are getting a suite instead and we will arrange a cheese plate for you with a bottle of wine . Firstly i never asked for the suite and would not have accepted it as upgrade even as i have stayed in them before and know they lack the power out lets in reachable places , so there was no great deal for me , and i asked for a bottle of red wine with the cheese plate i was told they they only do miniature bottles , very strange , as we were tired and a bit peckish we decide to accept the offer of a cheese plate and wine and it did did arrive a hour later with no bread or crackers but some meat cuts and the wine 2 small bottles was not really drinkable but we did mange it . We then decided to dine in house and went to the restaurant we liked at the Crowne Plaza but ti was fully booked so returned to eat in the Holiday Inn we were expecting la carte dining but were served with the room service menu we had in our room as we were very tired and hungry decided to give it a try , it fell way below expectations and was priced a lot higher than the other place we wanted to dine .I did mention this to the duty manger and was asked what i would like for breakfast at which i replied salmon would be nice knowing it was not on the buffet spread , sure enough the next morning at the buffet we were presented with a perfectly cooked piece of salmon just as we were about to leave having almost finished our breakfast .I did mention all these incidents to another duty manager , but to no avail , i dont like writing reviews with negative comments because i think face to face is better i was asking for some points on my card not all the extras , yes they did try to atone for the mistakes but each time it just back fired as i was even more peeved at there offers .It did spoil my time there to a degree, and i m not sure that they have done enough to convince to me to stay again which is sad because i always found the hotel to my liking , the staff are good , the location is good and the rooms are good so i feel let down.I gave up after talking to the 2nd duty manager and now have to air my stay in public not the thing i wanted to do really as i just feel i want to make a point , look after your repeat customers if you valve you them i feel not valved there any more .
