Malaki ang mall, comfortable to walk on the hallways. Malinis ang mga comfort rooms. Perfect yung establishment para sa mahihilig magstrolling.

Marami pang vacant space or store na hindi pa occupied. Hindi pa talaga sya fully finished? Pero yung rooftop sobrang ganda. Sobrang laki at ang daming pwedeng gawin sa toms world na hindi lang bata ang matutuwa pati narin adults. And mas maganda kasi meron silang mga bench with tables sa loob na pwedeng upuan.

Mabait naman ang management dahil may nakalaang mga upuan.Magandang pagpipiliang Mall bilang isa sa 5 malalaking mall ng Marcos highway Masinag hanggang Kalumpang Marikina. Walking distance lang sa Robinson Metro East at Sta. Lucia Mall.Napakaganda talaga ng restroom ng mga Ayala Mall. Malaking mirror, malawak na middle space at maraming urinal.Kung businessman ka, samantalahin muna na magkapwesto habang maluwag pa noong huling punta namin January 5, 2017.Nang tinanong ko iyong guard kung saan ang leasing officer, mabait na tinulungan ako kung saan.

First time to shop here pero bad experience agad.Poor Customer Service. Why check customer receipt at the exit and look for specific items when theyre all tied and bundled? Bakit may kulang ba kayo sa inventory at kaming customers ang suspects nyo? Pulubi ba kayo para mag-hanap sa mga customers nyo? Ang cheap nyo.Yung mall nyo nasa loob ng community namin. FIrst time nyo nagtayo ng dalawang malls dito. Di kami sanay sa rudeness nyo kung ganyan ginagawa nyo sa ibang cities. Gamitin nyo utak nyo bago kayo mambastos ng customers. Kami nagbibigay ng negosyo sa inyo.Never shop sa mga Ayala Malls. Kahit yung Ayala Arvo walang modo din yung ibang guards. Better bring your business sa Sta. Lucia, Robinsons or SM.

Love the place unlike SM na sobrang daming tao. Di naman bibili tumstambay lang

Strengths: 1. Timezone. Apaka angas ng trampoline and bowling. 2. Restaurants. Classy and hindi puro fast foods. 3. Structure. Di sya masyadong nakakalito and organize yung mga stores per floor.Weaknesses: 1. NBS/Watsons. Wala masyadong items. 2. Roof Graden.

Very Disappointed - It was happened last Saturday February 17, 2018. My family requested me to eat at Cabalen Ayala Feliz, Nakarating kami ng 6:30pm so pang 10 kami sa reservation, sabi ng receptionist nila 7:30pm makakapasok kami kasi patapos na yun na sa event table nila, then sabi nila okay lang maghintay. But while waiting we noticed na nagpapauna sila ng iba (palakasan), then 8pm lumabas un lalaking waiter at tinawag sinabi un table for 7 is ready na (kami yun), tapos may lumapit na mga nakawhite na tshirt kadarating lang sila pinaupo sa table namin, kinausap ko un receptionist laging sinasabi kami na pero inabot ng 8:30pm wala pa din, I decided to ask na hanapin un sa list nila un pinaupo nila at pinauna samen pero wala naman palang reservation palakasan lang kasi nakiusap daw un isang babae na sila muna kahit kadarating lang, mejo nakakabastos lang naghintay kami for 2 hrs. at imagine nagtravel pa ng 4 hrs. un parents ko , hindi kami mayaman kaya masaya sila nun sinabihan kong ikakain sila sa labas. nakakadisappoint kasi un nanay ko nahilo na kakahintay at si un receptionist sya pa may gana magalit nun nagreklamo na ako. Bagsak sa customer service, take note bago pa ako magreklamo may nauna na nagreklamo saken kasi sa saobrang tagal un iba deretso lang, mejo kabastusan yun.

Kudos to its cinema staff. I watched a movie last Sept. 28, 7:35PM at Cinema 2. When the movie finished at around 9:30, I didnt notice that my wallet fell out of my bag. I noticed as I was leaving parking and I immediately went back and asked the guard on duty. He politely asked me to describe the IDs and cards inside the wallet, and when he was satisfied, he quickly got the item and had me sign the logbook. I got my wallet back in less than 5 minutes. Thank you to the kind-hearted staff of Cinema 2. Ang hirap na po kasing umasa sa panahon ngayon na mas maraming tapat na tao. Nakahinga ako ng maluwag dahil more than sa pera, yung mga ID po ang mahalaga sa akin. Mabuhay po kayo kuya guard at sa cleaners po ng Cinema 2. Salamat po!!

Malaki,maluwag,ok ang parking at ayos ang timezone sa taas ang laki din. Daming pang kainan. Okay na bagong galaan sa mga taga rizal.

Place is really clean,comfortable and so sosyal! I even saw Jason Abalos at Elordes Boxing Gym... Nagsmile pa sa amin.

Great Place to spend quality time with family and my kids enjoyed the large Timezone in the metro.

Best Mall Ever.Despite the newly built mall near us, it still satisfied my picky attitude when it comes to clothing and that is Sale! Sale! I like their rooftop garden and the mango graham Ice cream of Hotties !

Our special man had a great day at the mall. He snacked on everything he could see. He got some bubble tea and potato corner. Although he made a mess and burned himself a little due to his illiteracy he loved the experience.

It has all the things you want from groceries, clothing, car accesories, cell phone, hardware and so many more.

Cozy mall with a picturesque roof deck overlooking the city on one side and overlooking the mountains of Rizal.

Very nice mall, a lot of shops are still not open, only have 4 cinemas

A big mall at a prime spot in the area. Opened about a month ago, majority of the shops are still closed. After a few weeks though, residents closeby wont have to go through excess traffic to go to Ortigas (or Makati) for a big mall experience.

Pretty great upcoming mall. The Cinema is more comfortable than the others in the area. Yhey jave more spacious seats. However they only have 4 movie halls so there is inevitably less variety at any given time. Because it is new it is not so crowded at the moment, therefore makes for a more peaceful shopping experience. The flip side is there are yet very many stores that are still under construction, so you cant get much more than food. The Mercury is open, as is Toys R Us, Handyman and several mobile phone stores. The only sports stores open are Speedo and Tobys. The only ATM available at the moment is BPI. For coffee lovers, or those just lookong for an ambient place to study or work Starbucks and the Coffee Bean are open all day.
