The ballroom area is great for big events. I loved the elegant interiors and warm colors. The food was great, the staff members were helpful, and the facilities were clean.

I liked the location. Its not that I didnt like my overall stay ,but nothings exceptional tho. It was an OK OK stay. Room services and food are way too simple for a 5star hotel.

Needed to quickly book a room, and booking was hassle-free. Reservations staff are quick to respond, and easy to talk to Stay was comfortable.Too bad wasnt able to avail my free breakfast, didnt check if it was included.

침대 그리고 여러가지 시설은 괜찮다. 그러나 화장실 매우 협소하다. 조금만 움직이면 옆에 걸린 화장지가 떨어지는 일이 벌어진다. 그리고 화장지 두께가 너무 얇아 황당한 일이 벌어질 수 있다. 조금 품질이 있는 화장지를 제공했으면 한다. 아침식사가 제공되는데 품질이 좋은 편이다. 고객을 배려하는 느낌이 난다. 조금 개선된다면 5성급 호텔이 될 수 있을 것 같다

Great service. Assisted my old folks and picked them up from the airport. Very helpful and responsive.

The buffet is really good tasty food. But compared to vikings the options here is fewer. For the ambiance its also okay

The lobby is welcoming beautifully decorated. Delicious dinner buffet and excellent service by the staff who catered to our requests. We had lamb, roast pork, and requested grilled squid, buttered shrimps and salmon sashimi. The buffet staff, especially the floor chef, was excellent.

Location is super good, Room is huge but the wall is thin, so kind of noise. 24 hr fitness is a plus, free welcome cocktail, good to have a drink or meal in the roof top restaurant.

Entering the room, it was clean. The bathroom was also spacious and very clean. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were just right.Very rich and tasty breakfast, although the breakfast staff wasnt the most pleasant. I would stay at the hotel again if in the area!

Great king bed - we got a good nights sleep. Roomy room! Nice bathroom! Pass-through door worked out great for our nieces to knock and enter. Great breakfast buffet! Did you get that? Wonderful food each morning at that GREAT Breakfast Buffet!

Located opposite McD and Jollibee, nearby to Starbucks and Neils Kitchen and some pubs nearby, this is a some hotel that will give you a good night sleep. With a shuttle service that will bring you to a nearby mall and couple with free buffet breakfast at cs floor and 16th floor rooftop viewing and with gym and pool, it cant go wrong. Front office, waiters/waitress and the security/concierge are very good manner - Filipino warm hospitality!Just the room (Room 302) can be better upgraded with more socket plugs for charging and ironing/kettle. Imagine I have to move the iron board and the kettle to the nearest socket located near the bed lamp since the socket at the writing desk is spoilt and cannot be used. Also, shower line on the bath tub cannot be used, I am not sure if this is an universal practise in the hotel that the shower line cannot be used as I have seen the similar comment from other hotel guest. Welcome signage in the tv were for a different guest name and it should be updated.Overall it is a wonderful stay and thank you Angel (front office) for sorting out my transportation bill issues with Avis. Will definitely come back!

The hotel located in the middle of everything like Shopping Centers and Restaurants.The Room was very relaxing as all of its features is what a good place to stay.

Hotel staffs are Friendly, Welcoming and Corteous. Service was Excellent. The Front desk was helpful and Acommodating. Beds are Comfortable and they have extra pillow as well. I had a Stomach pain in the morning and called the reception for meds and they said to wait and they will send somebody, a while later a Nurse came with Hot compress and ask me how am i feeling and gave me a meds for the pain. It shows Service with Extra Mile. The Hotel really Stands for its Mission. I will definitely recommend and be back here for another weekend staycation for my daughter and cousins. I just hope they will add kids playroom to better serve Family checking in with there young kids.

A very nice hotel. We rented suites a few times for office functions, and two of those times I was part of the organizing committee, which means that I got to stay overnight with them.I can’t speak for the regular rooms (will do this when I make a personal visit), but the suites are really nice, with a central large dining and living room. These open up into the surrounding bedrooms, and a kitchen and utility room at one end of the dining room. Everything is well furnished, from the beddings to the appliances to the utensils and cooking paraphernalia.

Luxe business and leisure spot with an out of town feel without going out of the big city. Modern and light design of the lobby, restaurant and well-appointed bedrooms, as well as amenities such as swimming pool, gym and spa. It also has a roofdeck bar which is perfect at sunset and at night with its view of the Alabang greeneries and Laguna Lake. It is also host to among the few helipads accredited by aviation authorities. Food is remarkable as well

I was not provided with the King bed that was stipulated in my booking. Nobody answers the phone - when they do, it takes at least 3 tries.

Currently here and have gym by myself. My 4yo daughter loved the place and the pool. My 16yo son loved the gym and was there yesterday for more than 3 hours. My wife loved the room. The room and the bed was big. It was more than we expectes. All loved the bath tub.There was long queue when we checked in but it must be rhe holidays and every family wants a reprieved from the summer heat. Staff were courteos. Promptly cleaned the bathroom when requested. Room temperature was great. We have a nice view of the Filinvest trail. Quite relaxing. For the price, it was reasonable.There is a mother and father day package. We are considering to avail of it.

Rooms are nicely cleaned and are an ok standard. The bathroom needs renovating as you can tell its age. The breakfast area is large and quality of food is good.

Loved the food! Although the set lunch course I had was too creamy and lacked some acidity, I still enjoyed nonetheless.

An upscale hotel conveniently located at the center of Westgate Alabang. Rooms are exceptionally Clean & luxurious. Within walking distance from supermarkets & department stores. Easily accessible by any kind of transportation.

I have my 2 day seminar here, the ambient of venue is fantastic and the window curtains are electronically open that luminate the room that level up the dinning experience but the for the restroom soap dispenser is not work also its a hassle at the entrance because you still have to open your bag even you pass the metal detector

Acacia Hotel is my second home. Located at the south part of Metro Manila, Alabang ,Acacia Hotel is one of the starred Hotels to have been know for its hospitality and great food. Plus the ambiance for staying in their rooms is just superb. The staffs are courteous, has great Wifi access. This place is perfect not only for taking short vacations but also to held your dream celebrations like Birthdays, Weddings and even Company Events. This place is built a couple years ago but already gained its popularity especially for those who are living in the south. I will always have this place visited once in a while.

Second stay:The second stay was overall good as well. However, when requesting dinner to my room and a massage both had a delay. Yet both was Good. Further I requested a hot bath upon arrival with red roses and such. Yet I mailed them my delay about one hour before arriving the water was cold as I arrived. After two more requests they luckily set up the bathroom again.First stay:I have enjoyed the whole stay at the Hotel. Friendly people, fast check in, clean rooms, each evening guests have received a sweet snack. Nightdesks allows to inform the charwomen to clean the room not yet. E.g. if you sleep late. At one evening I have been to a restaurant by the Hotel and the food was good plus they offered various & tasty dishes.

Infrastructurally, a great hotel for a business stay. The staff were mostly prompt and were always quite polite.The rooms are spacious and offers all the amenities you would expect from a 4-star establishment. The bed was comfortable to sleep in and the air-conditioning can be manually controlled.The morning buffet breakfast offers a good spread and I was quite happy with the quality of food on display. There seemed to be a strong influence of Filipino cuisine amongst the dishes on offer. Other continental staples such as pancakes, cereals, sausages, ham, bacon, eggs-made-to-order were available too.As for the things that werent too good, the check-in process took a long while and had me waiting in queue for about 12 minutes. I think it couldve been solved with better staffing during these hours (past noon).The WiFi despite having reliable connectivity had appalling speeds. A 13mb PDF document took over 8 minutes to download. Its mostly okay for emails without attachments. I had to request a TV remote as it wasnt in the room when I checked in.Though the rooms were meant to be non-smoking, I walked into my room after a long day at work to find the bathroom/toilet filled with the unmistakable stench of cigarettes-smoke. This obviously had influenced the towels as well.The shower cubicle constantly leaked water into the common area every time I showered, owing to a poorly installed beading/insulation. This made using the other facilities in the bathroom/toilet a matter of exercising acrobatics. I considered using the bathtub which on the other hand took forever to drain out.On one occasion, I noticed that a couple of my neckties went missing from the laundry when it was returned. Upon enquiry, they brought it back to me in less than an hour, but it did significantly reduce my trust in their services.On another day on my way back into the room, I found my room access cards had stopped working and I was locked out for over 15 minutes during which time the bell-boy got freshly programmed cards for me. As it turned out, even his master key card didnt work on my door.Its quite centrally located and a short walk from other eateries and malls. Theres a McDonalds right across the hotel.

Overall, a good stay. One issue was reaching the operator/front desk through the phone in our room. First hotel that Ive ever stayed in (stayed in over 10+) where it took almost 15 minutes to get through. Also, it was over Christmas so the hotel was full. Thats fine but they should have enforced their dress code in the restaurants. Some people came to breakfast in their pajamas and rubber slippers.

Whenever our company has guests, we recommend that they stay at the Acacia Hotel not only because of its proximity to our office but simply because we are sure that our guests would be comfortable and their stay, delightfully memorable. In fact, one of our well-traveled foreign guests considers Acacia Hotel as one of his favorite hotels in the world.I stayed at the Acacia Hotel myself for 2 nights and it was a pleasant experience. For starters, every one of the hotel staff was courteous and helpful. The room size was big enough, the bed was comfortable, the amenities were adequate and the room, linen, towels, etc were clean and they smelled clean. What I also enjoyed was the breakfast spread. I just did not have enough time to really taste the wide variety of dishes offered but what I had were flavorful and satisfying.Would I recommend Acacia Hotel? In a heartbeat.

Fun hotel, great servers, delicious breakfast buffet, promot and professional service

Hotel staff from check in/out counters, concierge, buffet breakfast, and valet parking were all courteous and competent. Its also good that they have Sunday mass at 12:00 noon. The room was clean and cozy. The only thing I find wrong with the room is that all it has are soft lights. Also, the TV/cable is difficult to turn on.

Our family function was a huge success thanks largely to your beautiful venue, great food and professional staff. I would not hesitate to recommend the Acacia for any event. Thank you, we enjoyed ourselves very much.

Staff were very friendly, especially the waiters at the buffet area. Rooms are good enough for the prices and the view is amazing. Food is top-notch as well. The only downside is that the pool is ridiculously small. So if swimming is your thing, then this is not the best place for a staycation.

Nice hotel, stayer hete for business for almost two weeks. Staff is very friendly. They have a reasonable buffet restaurant and the lobby serves a decent burger. Not too much choice if you stay for two weeks. There are several nice restaurants across the road (see reviews). The pool is ok but not very large, if you are alone it is ok to do some laps. All in all a pleasant stay for a very reasonable price.

部屋は広い清潔ロビーで生演奏があったり、朝食バイキングも豪華部屋にはフルーツやスイーツがあります冷蔵庫もあるし、トイレには手動のシャワーみたいなのが有り正しいかわかりませんがウォシュレットに使ってます各種アメニティーも使い捨てスリッパもありますエアコンがうるさいのと、シャワーを浴びるとき工夫しないと洗面所が水浸しになってしまうのがマイナスですが、また泊まりたいホテルです

A very nice hotel in Alabang. Nice big rooms. Good bathroom amenities and good room service menu. Smiling and helpful service staff. No smoking in the rooms as per phillipines law. Although there is a designated smoking place on the third floor. The gym is nice and adequate equipment. All in all good hotel to stay.

Giving this hotel 4 stars for the extraordinarily kind service from the service staff at the lobby cafe where we enjoyed a nice meaL with friends whom i met with. It was a heartwarming reunion. ..downside was the aircondition that was not working well so we had to call the attention of the staff to keep us cool..and the staff was very patient to act on our request.

The shower leaked. The rooms were dark.I forgot 2 Philip Stein watches and 1 Philip Stein sleep bracelet in the safe and I was notified. Thank you!My husband needed his suit fixed and they were able to send someone right away.We had our wedding reception here. I would have loved the whole experience, it’s the events coordinator Jennifer that ruined it for us. The whole process with her was hard. She rarely answers calls, text messages, and emails. I had to nag her to get anything done. Not once did i meet her, imagine that! She was not on site on the day of our wedding. She did not endorse us to anyone. She did not even apologize after I called her out. One bad egg and she ruined the whole experience for us.

Good hotel, friendly staff, located south of Metro Manila, near, two big shopping malls (Festival Mall & Ayala Town Center), and near a business district. Accessible via the South Luzon Express way. Reasonably priced, has good restaurants nearby.

シャワーの水圧もよく浴槽にも早く湯が溜まります。ただ浴室の床の水はけが良くなくて足元すぐに水浸しになるのでトイレの時厄介でした。ただ、タオルも頼めば持ってきてくれるし基本おもてなし精神が見てとれるので気持ちよく滞在できらホテルだと思います。朝食はバイキングで味は日本と比べたらまぁまぁな部類ですが広いスペースの洒落たところなので気分良く食べられます。種類が割とあるので楽しめましたしやっぱりフルーツ類は多く美味しいです。パンは当たり外れ大きいけどもトーストして熱々にしたら美味しい。そして甘いのが多めです。寿司は…見た目は近い別物と思えば。やっぱりシャリが違いますから。お部屋は眺めもよく広く快適でした。2度目の宿泊ではキッチンスペースもあって冷蔵庫も大きかったしレンジが付いていたので便利でした。

Excellent place to relax its quite comfortable.

We arrived before 2 pm and was informed that the room assigned to us is still being cleaned and were asked to wait for 15-20 minutes. It was fine with us since check-in is not until 3pm. After 30 minutes, we asked again if the room is already available but was told that cleaning is not yet done. We patiently waited but we became so frustrated when it was already 3pm and we are still not provided with a room. They kept saying that it is still being cleaned or checked. It was only after when my husband already became so irate and asked why the cleaning is taking so much time when we were given a room. We also noted that we are not the only ones who had the same experience. A guest even commented that the room will not be provided if you dont get angry. We also had an issue with the breakfast buffet. We were seated on a table for 6 but we only occupied 3 seats. We were asked if its okay to share it with others and we agreed because it looks like we have no choice. Sharing the table is really not an issue for us but the fact that we had to share because the place is so packed is quite annoying. We confirmed this when we got out of the breakfast area and found a very long line of people wanting to eat breakfast. I guess there is really an issue with managing the number of guests.

위치가 좋아서 쇼핑이 편합니다. 숙소는 차이가 있겠지만 저희가 묵었던 숙소는 화장실 욕조 물이 잘 빠지지 않아 불편했네요. 바닥이 미끄러워 넘어질뻔 했습니다. 가격대비 좋습니다. 직원들도 친절하구요.*^^*

The services during our event is excellent! Staff were very attentive to our needs during the event the only comment I have is for the rooms, our family did not get enough good sleep as the aircon temp is hot and can no longer be adjusted to make it cool.. Seems like the centralized function is not enough to cover the size of the room.

My only accommodation while in Manila. Friendly staffs and makes me feel like at home.The most considered factor is the location. Just 20mins only from NAIA ️. A walking distance to the malls especially to Alabang Town Centre Malls where you can get halal food. Surrounding area is peaceful as I guess it is located in the elite residential area.

I attended wedding reception last January 23. Food was good BUT the coffee was so stale...as if they did not put in the right amount of beans. Waiters were quick and courteous though.

I had a glimpse of the toilet bowl from the bathtub... dirt underneath the bowl is very visible. Same goes with the bidet. Very nasty for a 5 star hotel... plus, only few sheets of tissue were left on our desk... we just used the bathroom tissue. Also,the light bulb in the door area is not working. The room interior is great though, just improve the cleanliness...
