Very poor ang service lahat ng franchise na napilahan ko ang senior hindi priority nagutom na mother ko nahuli ang claim namin bukod doon hindi pa nga first come first serve kulang ang training ng mga crew wala nag assist pati ung cashier basta nalang ginawang kahera walang initiative na gawain ang mga crew sa management sana maglagay kayo ng mga crew na ma satisfied ang customer nyo n evaluation box para may feedback ang custumer

Iced coffee is not available most of the time or other drinks and the orders are wrong most of the time for takeouts

Slow service, fries doesnt have enough salt and when you asked for extra salt, they dont have it. I once ordered quarter pounder for take out when I opened it, it wasnt assembled neatly. The cheese is all over the packaging.. Coke float taste like 90% water.

The restroom is not so clean. But still have good service.

Its location makes if more convenient for customers like me to frequently visit. It has spacious dining area and a little parking space infront of the store.

Earlier today, we ordered medium double cheese burger and 1pc Chicken for to go. It took 28mins before we get the food and they served us the regular fries for the burger . This is not the first time that we encounter a slow service from mcdo putatan. 2 months ago, my husband ordered fries and he waited more than 30 mins only to find out that the crew forgot his order. Hope they will improve their service to avoid upset patrons and customer complaints. Have a nice day

The manager is accommodating but service is still slow. The comfort room stinks and thete is only one????

24 hours open Mcdonalds. If you want to grab something in the middle of the night and youre near in the area this is the right place.

This place used to be one of my hideout when I am taking my degree in PLMun. This is also a place near the Municipal Hall of Muntinlupa.

Flow of transaction sucks, very slow, staff looks tired and exhausted,,,too much usage of disposables, they uses for take out also for dine in,,, can u solve and innovate your process when in fact the time I dine was not that rush hour time
