Staff here are not that attentive they need to be trained about customer service... the attitude , food and ambience are GOOD but the service was bad.. My friend ordered a cup of coffee.. it took him 3x to ask for the staff for the cup of coffee but still .. there was no coffee at our table so my friend decided to cancel his order.. since he waited for about 2hours for that cup of coffee... My advice for the staff here is be more attentive.. I know theres always a room for improvement.. good luck..

As always, decent Italian food. Service could have been better though. Weve finished eating our mains but dessert is yet to arrive, need to inform the server and make a follow up. Paying also took quite awhile, good thing we werent in a hurry. Also, if youre a Bistro card holder and still have those P250 off voucher, you need to inform them ahead of time if you plan to use it. They do ask if you have a card but they never ask if you still have a P250 off voucher you want to use.

Place was exquisite. Staff was very nice but slow in service. Wait period wasnt bad. Food was excellent. We will definitely go back to try more.

Located at the ground level of ATC shopping mall, this Italian restaurant serves the usual pizza and pasta. They have free bread with the usual balsamic and olive oil as dip. We requested for some Parmesan cheese and was given just enough to add to our dip. Was expecting more since Parmesan cheese is part of almost everything that they serve from salad to pizza and more, hmm, a bit disappointed in that department. Anyway, they have nice salad and pesto pasta which is surprisingly good, pesto sauce is not overwhelming, just enough to dress the penne. We had bottomless dalandan and iced tea. Every time we dine in restaurant that’s part of the bistro group, we’re offered their bistro card, which we always decline. Ordered food was served in the right approximate time.

Id say salad was good but I didnt like the meatballs from their pasta...

Good food and drinks selection. The menu is fresh and includes a variety.The service (Saturday evening around 9) was a little delayed and broken. This isnt a regular thing here though, maybe was just a fluke.Definitely recommend their pastas!

Always good their roasted chicken is the best and service is great always. Staff ate very efficient,yes sometimes when theyre busy you will have to try and Getty someones attention and theyre area days when the lettuces for the salad arent fresh anymore. But thats it. The rest is good food you can count on.

Great food, great service.My friends loved everything that we ordered. I especially liked the Vongole pasta and the pizza.I don’t eat meat, but all the non-meat dishes were delicious. Love the service. The staff were all very attentive. We used our Bistro card, so we got a 20% discount and free brewed coffee I remember requesting for parmesan cheese twice and chili flakes. They were acknowledged and served fast.The waitstaff also made sure our water glasses were refilled.

I felt uncomfortable from the moment my girlfriend and I walked in. Being a foreigner they instantly tried to sell me some discount card, which I found annoying and rude. We ordered a medium pizza costing 650 pesos but received a large almost raw base which we didn’t eat. We also ordered 2 x coke. When the bill came it was 1242pesos, which was outrageous. After seeing we didn’t eat the pizza they didn’t even ask why we didn’t eat it. They wouldn’t negotiate the bill even though it was their mistake. Not to mention it being raw. My advice to foreigners is don’t go there, as I think we were deliberately targeted. The staff are completely disorganised and are very slow to respond to our needs. The only reason I gave them one star is I couldn’t leave the review without a star. If there was such thing as minus stars I would give them -4

One of the best itallianis restaurants ive been to. They have the nicest and very attentive staffs. Our orders were taken accurately and suggestive selling is at the most appropriate timing, not pushy and definitely the right things we were asking for. I like personally the seafood cioppino and the truffle pizza. Best value for money. We will definitely go back to this branch. Lastly, manager is asking us whether every thing is served correctly and if the food is good, and she asked at most appropriate time not during when we are in the middle of conversations (unlike other managers in other branches). Thumbs up.

The service was great but the food wasnt the usual Italiannis taste. It was sad because the bread was good but the pasta wasnt cooked well, the pizza marinara was a bit off and the tomato based pasta was bland. I hope they do something about this.

Came with a group of 10 for my Mum’s 80th bday celebration. Food was ok but what really affected me is when we told the waitress and Lady manager that it’s time for my Mum’s bday treat - to our surprise it was just handed to my Mum like a regular dish from the menu. No greetings nor song whatsoever. It was totally disappointing. We thoUght this a good place to celebrate. I have been going to Italiannis for the longest time this is so disappointing since I am an Alabang local. Will never go there and will friends and co workers about my experience. Such a cold place to go. Very disappointing.

Always a place to go to when you feel like authentic pizza and pasta...at least for me.

Other italiannis restaurants are better, specialy if they have lot of customers, the food is not prepaired very nice.

Serving didnt take much time:-)I like their food..... but last time when we ordered Porkchop there... we were waitingore than 30 minutes and we gave up because we were too hungry of course. so since they didnt serve pork chop we cancelled and never go bavk. maybe someday we will go back there. hope they improve their operations.
