Seriously? Your regular sized coke looks like a extra small size. and your large size looks like medium sized. the cashier told me i need to wait 10 mins. for my order and when she forwarded the order one of the crew told her it will take 20 minutes. your cashiers needs to go back on training.

Crews and manager are approachable..they are kind.and industrious.

Their spaghetti and chicken brings me to my child hood ...I love their peach mango pie.. over affordable and waiters are friendly :-)

I lost my wallet and it took me like a day before i was able to back track that i lost it in this resto. it had cash, my credit cards, debit cards, license. the manager made necessary precautions to know it was really mine, and they were very accommodating. who does not love honest people!Of course i love the 2 pc burger steak plus extra steak sauce :) and the chicken!

This building have both two restaurants Jollibee is my favourite restaurant and Chowking is all chicken meals.

I love chowking and so does my son who is a pwd , moderate to severe autism . We frequent the place and he has friends there. However , today for the first time I was very disappointed with your new staff whos name is Margie . Just now she made us wait forever for my son was already getting restless. It took all of 30 mins to prepare the order. I ordered , we went to pure gold and said I would come back for it like we always do . When I came back it was not ready and she was not apologetic . We continued to wait and she was not bothered at all , until threw a tantrum where she was rescued by her companion who recognized us . She was even grinning . I asked her to be kind to people like my son who dearly loves your product . My fear is my son does not like seeing me upset and when that happens we notice he tries to avoid the place . I dont like that to happen . I know he loves chowking. That cashier will ruin our lives! Please train that staff of yours to give some attention to pwd customers . It is. to easy to care for them . Her name is Margie . I expect an apology from her which I never got all the time We were waiting .

The stsff siper friendly, and the servcie ead awesome. Woild try this place once, ad it is a stample here, but generally wouldnt eat here on the regular.Chicken was cardboard like in taste, burger was ok, spaghetti was a bit seeet but good. Aldo the spring rolls were nice.The peach pie and nice cream. The proces are fantastic
