Food does not taste fresh and of quality. Two stars for the good amount of serving though.

Staffs are sleeping on one table near the customers. They are using electric fans, and because the service is very very slow, nung sinerve nila yung kanin lumamig, ung mango shake wlang lasa. Really dissatisfied customer.

Id give it zero stars but its not available.First or all, this place has the worst service in the entire mall probably. Or any restaurant Ive been to so far. Had pretzels at Auntie Annes after and thats just a kiosk but their service and attitudes were great. The servers seemed like they hated their jobs and they really wanted to let you feel it.Next, the food was so bland. Yes fine you get what you pay for but just because its a cheap-eat all you can-doesnt mean they have the right to make the food taste the way it did. Rip off.The tempura was heavily undercooked with the batter beautifully in tact in the center. Round two, still the same.The skewers literally had zero taste.I cant get out of my head the incredibly rude supervisor who literally dropped the kani salad that I didnt order on the table.Seriously. Dont eat here. Even if its just 250 pesos. Take that money elsewhere.

Who ever manages this branch should improve the service. Right now ive been sitting here for 5mins and i have not seen a single staff. I am close to assuming that there is only one dining staff and she is currently helping the cook process orders. Everytime i visit this place it takes such a long time to get my order. The food is quite decent so please make the price worth it by providing efficient and good quality service. You just lost a customer today i will now walk towards tokyo2.

We were surprised that the quality and taste was that good. And for 249 pesos for buffet. Super nice
