We ordered and paid for a 9 piece chicken bucket through drive-through. Binigay 6 piece lang. Di ko sure kung modus nila to...Syempre nasa highway, babalik ka pa ba just to claim the other 3. Lasang used oil pa ung binigay.

Their CRMs arent working, so they had to manually compute orders, and they did not issue me the corresponding sales invoice. Also, when i checked my goodies, its incomplete, so had to return back to the counter to raise my concern. And because they didnt issued me receipts, validating took a while.

This is ideal for travelers from subic international airport bound to manila. The crews are very polite and jolly.

Jolleebee in PI is like McD in USA these were fun to see a local product all the way in Philippines

The place is spacious and with max parking especially for travellers along NLEX

Its good. The place is clean. The fried chicken that they served us is hard. Its like it was fried last night and then re-fried in the next morning.

This review is for jollibee in shell nlex.Spaghetti pasta is overcooked and sauce is sweeter than usual.No napkins both in dining and toilet.Macaroni is salty but I guess thats really how it taste.Many staffs are available but most are like absent minded.Price is reasonable.Spacious dining area.Overall ok.

They have a good foods for kids and great place them to play.

Very accessible. Tou can dine and take out.

Usual good food but strangely had to wait about 30 minutes to get inside due to change of shift at around 2 am on our way to the airport.

Great selections of resto to choose from, have a lot of parking and good restrooms.

Crew are quite slow and not too friendly. Food serve during our visit was not really hot anymore. Dining space is not too big neither... Honestly, We dont think we will visit this again next time we pass by especially since there are other fast food establishments around, if not only for the kids...

Standard Jollibee with drive thru. Queues are quite long during holiday season. Expect to wait in line up 20 mins.

Bad Service.. Queue is almost 30 minutes. They also forgot to serve our french fries even with multiple follow ups. I even went to the counter to follow up but I was ignored until I go to the french fries fryer and tell them not to release any new french fries if it is not ours. No apologies from the store manager..
