Kapetolyo located at cityhall of Manila, beside UDM, napadaan kami after namin bumili sa ace hardware sa sm lazaro before 9pm, okey naman PO ang cafe, masarap naman ang kape at pastries, kaso hindi bagay ang presyo sa....ahm Basta try ninyo din to support Mayor ISKO, pero sana mapansin din PO ng mga namamahala ng Kapetolyo yung mga comments din PO ng ibang customers..thanks po

Suplado mga crews. Di man lang iniintindi mga nagtatanong. I wonder if this is owned by a government unit. If that is so, that explains it. Sayang naman.

Their food tastes pretty good though if youre looking for a café where you can chill or simply find quietness, I suggest looking for other ones. Its more suitable for groups, I believe.

They should invest in blinds. We went there in the afternoon and the sun was blazing through their tall windows.Their coffee i would say is 4/5, food 3/5.
