Food - 10 out of 10.Walang tapon lahat makakain mo. A bit pricey pero worth it naman.
Asado & Lechon Kawali
Ang sarap dito
The New Toho Food Center was originally called Toho Antigua Panciteria. Matagal nang kainan ito, as in panahon pa ng Amerikano 1888 if I got it right. PARENG GAT. JOSE P. RIZAL USED TO EAT HERE! Lots of Memories remain here, ilang kasalan, birthday at binyagan ang dito namin na celebrate. Sayang nga lang at delapidated na ibang parts ng Restaurant. Never the less food here stays almost the same, I can say that MAS MASARAP yung mga dating luto nila siguro its because of the passing ng kaalaman between the ingredients, tsaka isama mo na rin ang mahal ng bilihin. Sayang din at unti unti na nawawala nga gusto ko tulad ng BEEF TOHO. tuwing pupunta ako wala. HahahaPero still like I said this place is still OK. One more thing be ready sa parking NAPAKA hirap pumarada dito, be ready with your patience. I will be back sana mayroon na kayong BEEF TOHO.
Bad service. maraming ipis
