Sana mabasa 2 ng PBB hotel owner,maayos kitang kita n malinis ang kwrto pero nakakasad lng kc d me nakatulog ng maayos ang kati dahil sa higaan sa room 214.hangang sa pag out k sa hotel hngng sa bahay parang nag dala me surot...super kati tlaga nia...

Very nice hotel. Soo clean! Nagustohan ng asawa ko ang paligid. Soon pag uwi nya dto kamo magstay uli marami na kami. Soon...

Peaceful.. kaso ang hirap hanapin.. ok lang sa cleanliness kung di ko lang sana nakita ung cockroach.. all in all thumbs up pa rin..

Love the staff. very helpful in every way. Parking was easy..toiletries could use a little more items (such as: toothbrush and toothpaste). Ill definitely book again.

Room is old, low quality of materials. Not recommended for vacation. But ok just for sleeping and refreshing if youre transiting or on a business. Plus would be the staff is very friendly and accommodating.

I really like my stay there in park bed and breakfast hotel. But Unfortunately the lady staff at the reception was not talking very much well. Maybe because she was tired I think. But I just feel no matter how tired you are, you should smile while talking to your customer. She was talking well but wasnt smiling or being entertaining much. Maybe she was having a bad day. Besides that everything was fine with the room and amenities. Thanks

An ok budget hotel. cleanliness seems to be problem. i was having trouble flushing my toilet until i realized something was stuck inside the water tank.

Affordable and cost-efficient. Places like MOA, Makati, Roxas Blvd, are just accessible from here.

It was closer to the airport, which is why I booked it. I needed a place to stay on a shorter layover in ***ila. It did the job and I was happy with my stay. The staff was also very friendly. They also offer an airport service which is very convenient and reasonably priced.

No hot water for shower, Ive slept on softer rocks out in the field for the military, no blankets... Only sheets, had to steal two others from the little extra bed in the room just to cover up at night, free breakfast only redeeming quality except they charge for coffee and its not brewed - intstant... Not real coffee! Staff was very nice and helpful but overall experience was poor

Good parking for the service car. Breakfast was OK. Smoking they said was only allowed at the Al Fresco which I took to be a lounge or somewhere because of the capitalisation, but in fact meant al fresco or outside! Accommodation good for a brief stay.

Ich habe das zimmer fuer 2 personen mit baby gebucht ,ex wurde ein baby bett mitangeboten .als wir ankamen hies es das hotel hat keine baby betten,dann 15 minuten spater hatten sie plotzlich eins sollten das aber extra bezahlen.mein zimmer hatte keine hygiene artikel bereit beim check in und nach anfrage bekam ich dann 2 tage spater eine kleine seife fuer 2 personen mit baby .das fruhstuck ist einfalls los und der caffee oder getrank nicht mit inbegriffen . Der roomservies kommt nur wenn mann ausdrucklich drum bittet.fur mich war es das letzte mal hier auch wenn es gunstig ist,die lage ist auch nicht sehr gut

Expensive, limited/poor wifi, uncomfortable beds, no refrigerator in room. Not much for hot water in the showers. Not worth the discounted price I got it for even. I was told free cancellation within 24 hours at booking, which was a lie. The manager never got back to me about cancelling even.

Použili jsme na přespání před odletem ...levný dostačující pokoj s nadprůměrně pěknou koupelnou ( na hotel této cenové kategorie) ....vhodný asi jen na to přespat před nebo po použití letiště ...terminál 1nebo 3 .......

This is my recommended hotel before going to airport or after landing at the airport bec its just a couple of minutes before you get there. Plus they have a taxi service going to Naia. Accommodation is ver nice as well as the food. Must try this guys. ️

This hotel is very economical and near to significant location in Manila like the Airport, Malls, LRT, MRT and even the PNR.

Plain and honest.. small rooms, small price

The place is near to the airport terminals and to MOA. Ms. Rochelle have assisted very well from inquiry, booking until check out. She gives details clearly too. Also, she assisted me when I need a tranport service from Park, Bed and Breakfast to Terminal 2 Airport. Great job.

Good hotel, heater was working and rooms smell fresh (unlike other hotels where room stinks of cigarette smoke)

Everything at this hotel is as you expect with the price. The only thing i would change is thicker bed sheets and hot water. Eveything else was good, such as the hotel has its own taxis avialable at any time.

The location is near the airport and the railway station is close, but it is a one-way ride across the railway, so you need to cross the high bridge to go to the other side.WIFI, shower, bed and so on were good.It is suitable for long-term stay in commercial.

Designed for the traveller staying a short time in Manila, it was exactly what I needed.

No vegetarian options for breakfast, no vegetables, though expected in Philippines. Area is not the nicest, limited restaurants and grocery stores. Hotel offers good room for price though.

Hôtel près de Makati et des terminaux des aéroports. Efficace. Évitez de prendre les taxis de lhôtel cest le double des prix pour faire 15 min. Marchez un peu plus loin vous trouverez un taxi moins cher.
