The food is delicious but the service is super slow and a bit expensive. We waited more than an hour to have all 6 dishes (including the soup) to be completed. One of our order is not available and it took them 30 minutes to realize that. It is located at 2nd floor of Winford Casino.

Nice and modern rooms but the service not great. The food was pretty bad, both the morning buffet as well as room service.

Stayed the night and had a comfortable sleep. Room has the usual perks: complementary water, air-con, cable tv, electric kettle & coffee, average speed WiFi. Mobile network signal is strong. Toilet has the usual toiletries & towels. Buffet breakfast can be had for Php550.No bidet or dipper in the room. You can request from housekeeping for a dipper to be brought to your room but for me, it should have been provided in the room to begin with, considering that a dipper is a staple in any Filipino bathroom.Their main pool is 4 feet deep, approximately 10 to 15 meters long, a bit narrow and is heated. Changing rooms have towels and shower stalls. Proper swimwear is understandably required.Elevator from the parking area and a part of the lobby smelled of cigarette smoke Shower stall in both the bedroom and the swimming pool area smelled like lumot/moss

Maybe its just our rooms, but both had no bidet. If the tissues were high quality it would have been fine but it was just regulat low quality tissues. Other than that, it was great!

Beautiful world class hotel. Far from night life thats not casino based but they have a great band on Tuesdays called Spirit of 67. They play old school music and they do it well!

It was the most comfortable stay after 20hours of flight to Manila. The room is clean and the bed is so comfy. The staff is friendly and knowledgable and made us feel right at home. Would give 6 stars if i could and will definitely be recommending to all my friends and family.

We bought food from outside and when we were entering the concierge said that the food we were bringing was too much and that only food good for 2 person is allowed. I felt a bit offended because he sai that it was like for 5 people, when the truth is there were only me and a friend of mine eating. I felt a bit fat-shamed. The place was nice but the staff were a bit rude. The buffet could be better.

The hotel is beautiful. The staff went above and beyond to take care of us as well as other guests that I met at the hotel. The staff were kind and responsive to our numerous requests. While this stay noted 3 days, I actually ended up staying for 2 months with my mom in her room. We stayed at the hotel to be near the hospital while my mom was getting her medical treatment. Each morning, staff would greet us by name, get our tables with our usual orders at the restaurant, check in on us to ensure we did not miss our shuttle to the hospital, as well as check to see how my mom was doing throughout her treatment. I was quite amazed how attentive the staff were; from the front desk and duty managers, shuttle drivers, bellhops, Security officers, housekeeping, to the restaurant staff, these people were hardworking, took pride in their work, and always had a smile. They conversed with us, provided suggestions on places to visit as well as tips to keep safe. Their generosity would not be forgotten. There was some incidences at the hotel but it had nothing to do with the hotel staff. There are some guests who rent rooms to host parties and it can get very loud throughout the day as well as night. Since my mom was there for medical reasons, getting some rest during the weekend was challenging. When I did call to complain, the front desk staff were always generous and immediately called or stopped by our next door neighbors and told them that they were being noisy and to stop.

Its a casino hotel. Rooms are ok. Small pool good for kids. Right across SM San Lazaro. McDonalds and 7/11 on the property.

Fairly new hotel in Manila with good conference / seminar areas.Have yet to stay in a room.

This was my second stay here. All went well on this trip also. Nice clean room, good breakfast buffet included. Friendly and efficient staff throughout the hotel and casino. Two standout employees I would like to mention: Migs the bellman was very friendly and helpful during both our arrival and departure from the hotel He was also very courteous and professional at all times. Michael, a casino rep( not sure of his exact title)who worked the upstairs casino was also very helpful during my stay. Always friendly and courteous and went out of his way to help me on several occasions in the casino. Kudos to both these gentlemen, they are a great asset to your hotel/casino.

We got a stay cation prize over a contest from the radio and the experience is amazing. Its also across the sm mall so everythings accessible. They got swimming pool and buffet too.What to look forward to:They got huge selection for breakfast including salad and cereals. Staff are accommodating too.Tip: wake up early so you get to eat from 6am to 10am. Hahaha haha its a good place to spend with your family. The room is also okay and comfy enough to stay.We also spent my moms birthday here and got free cake too.

We chose to stay here for the preparation and photoshoot of our wedding, and booked 2 executive suites - one for each of us. The value that you get for the price you pay is definitely amazing. The executive rooms are HUGE, and was able to comfortably host our entourage, relatives and friends. The management was also very lenient on the photoshoot locations and we were able to shoot in many locations without any hassle. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. Needless to say that choosing Winford took a lot of the stress off sa amin nung wedding day namin kase wala kaming naexperience na aberya. Not to mention na tawid lang siya from SM San Lazaro, and anything that we needed are easily available sa SM. This place has that Resorts World feel to it for a lower price.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much. The room was cozy and the bathroom had complete toiletries and towels. The view in our room offered a great view of the bay. We were surprised with the breakfast as it offered quite a number of food choices: they had an omelette station, filipino breakfast, intercontinental breakfast as well as some chinese dishes to offer. The only complaint I have is that the you can hear the noise from the hallways as some guests during the time we stayed was quite rowdy. Nonetheless, it was a great staycation.
