Sobrang lawak ng place. Good place for studying.

I love this place. Relaxing ambiance and friendly staff. They used to close at 11pm but recently theyve changed it to 10pm. Bringing other foods is not allowed. Affordable price compared with other milk teas out there.

The timber work is great a place you could actually relax, people are good too! Especially the crew staff in the house, unfortunately when teen-agers comes in, of course Im not saying that theyre not allowed to talk, it just sometimes they are loud, but of course theyre having fun which is good, but getting too carried sometimes affect somebody, nonetheless, the tea house is actually a best place to chill and relax.
