Design/ AmbianceThe place is relatively small, it only has 3 tables for 4 persons and 2 other seats by the door which will make you face the wall while eating. There is a second floor but it is closed for the customers. As you enter the place, their counter is on the right side. Theres a box like buffet table that displays the different toppings you could add to your soup, theres also a menu list pasted on the wall in front of the said table. Then beside that is the cash register. The place is dim, the light bulbs are like the ones you use for your house when youre trying to cut down with your electric bill, the walls are not helping either with its old paint. In short, its not as enticing as it should be.ExperienceThe staff are not attentive and friendly. When we got there, we had to wait for a couple of minutes to get assistance because no one is in the counter to assist us. The female staff that appeared is also not helpful with our inquiries. We were asking about the different ingredients as we are not familiar with them and they dont have labels, however, the staff did not even bother to reply to us in a cheerful manner (as if shes too fed up with her job and customers asking about the customization process of their noodles). When we got to our table, we even had to ask for service water. Their serving time is okay, about 10 - 15 minutes.Price220 pesos for a bowl of noodles with only 4 single toppings is not practical. Example, 1 squid ball, 1 mushroom ball, 1 crab ball, 1 cheese ball, and 1 serving of noodle of your choice, plus soup stock of your choice (shoyu or laksa), is priced 220 pesos. Additional toppings will be priced 20 pesos each. Too expensive for the serving size.FoodI chose the laksa stock, its just okay. Nothing too special with the broth, in fact, its too salty for my pallet that I wasnt able to finish sipping on my soup. All the ingredients are standard hot pot add ons you could find in a grocery store but the noodles are different. If theres any good thing with this place it will be their noodles. I liked the fact that they didnt over did it in cooking the noodles, not soggy, not undercooked, just in between which makes it perfect for slurping. Food presentation is beyond disappointing with what you see on the pictures the establishment position online. Our noodles is just plain submerged in the soup along with the other ingredients, theyre just all drowning in the pot that I didnt bother taking a photo.OverallI will not recommend the place for my family and friends if they want to have the best experience. But Ill recommend it if they just want to try customizing their noodles.

They have a wide variety of choices for toppings but not the soup. The place is already dusty and the staff does not even bother to clean the place.
