Service is slow!! After I paid my order, it took about 5minutes for the crew to advise the kitchen about my order, Ive waited 20minutes for a single cheese and egg sandwich... To think were only 3 customers inside the store... No bulk orders for the other customers...

They are allowing begars to roam around inside the store.

Chickens here are so small,different on other branches of jollibee. Overcrowded place to savor the best tasting chickenjoy.

Wonderful filipinos work here with great attention to detail and a very clean dining area. Crew is also very cute. Because its one of the best Jollibees, its often crowded but they always keep all cashiers open.

Hectic customers at early opening. Crews still manage to put a smile on their faces kudos to this team and the manager who humbly assist customers on their needs

Always lots of customers... the need some fogging because lots of flies too.

I usually say fast food joints are busy and you have to wait long lines. This Jollibee branch tripled the usual expectation on waiting long lines. Imagine the line is almost at the entrance door already, consisting three to four lines. Make sure to find a table FIRST before ordering or you will end up waiting for at least 30 minutes to an hour. All the tables are always occupied due to the intensity of people eating inside. The food is standard like other branches. I always end up just taking out my food when I go here because there is no enough space and tables available.

Poor service so slow

The lines are usually long during after school hours. They need to open more registers as needed, otherwise its such a bummer waiting in line for 20 minutes.Plus Theyre always out of clean spoons and forks.

No plastic straws even for drive through, well MCDO gave paper straws.

The fries has no taste. And the serving there wasnt really good. They dont assist there customer really.
