Our go to restaurant these days. Try their chicharon bulaklak, halo halo, grilled salmon Belly, ans of course their inasal chicken!

Great food. My mom and aunt(who are food critics with their own standards and are not easy to impress) are even impressed with the meals that we ordered here. That means a lot!

The food is really delicious. I come here twice a week for their chicken inasal. They have chicken bottoms too, but only when its available in the market. Service is a bit slow, though, but the food is worth the wait.

One of the best inasal brands because they not only do they serve quality chicken inasal, they also have quite a wide menu with lots of Bacolod traditional fare.My favorite is the Bangus Belly Sinigang sa Batwan. My hubby tried the Chicken Adobo and it did not disappoint. It was a big serving (good for two) and came with two boiled eggs, YUM!Their desserts are very interesting and there are many choices but the one that we enjoyed was the Suman and Turon Chocolate Fondue. The fondue, just so you know, is not sweetened, which is fine by me. Less sugar, much better. The suman and turon are mildly sweet.Only one disappointment - the rice is mushy. Low quality rice, it seems.
