Poor service In drive thru. Naghintay ako ng mga 15minutes lang naman.. Napakabagal ng crew nyo..

May puso ang namamahala sa Jollibee sa may Meralco. For a one time concession, the manager allowed me to buy from their store and have the food delivered to my parents. My tatay was 95 then, and my nanay is 87. Sa oras ng panganga-ilangan, maaasahan ang Jollibee!

Sobra yung ni charge nilang amount sa debit card ko instead of 275 pesos kinuha nila sa account ko 821 pesos!!

Super linis na at hindi ka makakakita ng dumi sa mga upuan, silya at sahig. Ang problem lang ay mga crews na hindi at marunong ngumiti sa costumer at may iilan pa na masusungit, kahit yung ibang manager. Di ba nasa etiquette ng Jollibee yan na dapat mag-great ng nakangiti sa mga costumers kahit ano pang itsura at edad nyan? Mabuti pa yung lalakeng guard nila ngayon ay nakikita kong mabait sa mga costumers. Dapat ay mabigyan ng raise sa sahod yan!

Food = Place= Staff= nagsusungit lahat ng staff.. Lalo na yung mga nagliligpit.. Nainis talaga ako kasi nagtanong ako tungkol doon sa jolly kids toys gusto kasi ng anak ko pero di ako inapproach.. Nag excuse ako ng maayos pero kahit nakita na ako ng staff HINDI niya ako pinansin.. Saklap.. Nagmamadali lang talaga ako kasi check. Up ng anak ko kaya nagpasensya nalang ako..

Okay naman dito, maayos din serving ng foods & drinks. Sa Parking lng ako nagka prob.. may bumasag ng side mirror ng motor ko. Nakita ko nlang yung Jollibee crew my gngawa sya sa motor nya beside my motorcycle, so ingat nalang.

Jollibee Meralco laging malinis. friendly ang mga crew! laging fresh&hot ang food na sineserve. and enjoy ang mga kiddie crew every summer!

May Greenwich din sa loob. So 2 in 1. Nice!

Sometimes poor service sometimes good....sometimes you order at the drive thru and you get home you discover that your order is not complete and sometimes you ask not to give the particular chicken joy part and they give it to you....thats what poor means..... worse part your in drive thru and they will say willing to wait po sa chicken 18mins.....i think jollibee standard is excellent the poor thing comes from the crew...

Jollibee marikina meralco. Very poor service orientations. More than 30min in ordering line. Branch managers & supervisors are allowing this to happen to avid customers of jollibee. No immediate actions during rush&big arrivals of customers. I am a senior citizen and was let to stand in the queque line for more than 30min. Very poor..Pls look at the mcdo system, they developed a very good service orientations. Thanks.

Dissapointed! Ordered 3 buckets of chicken,burgers & 2 pcs. Burger steak for take out. when I checked at home,they only put 1 pc. Burger steak..
