Not bad taste, and the staff are earnest. But comparing with Japanse tonkotsu, it should be heavier and oily soup they need. Maybe Philippino dont like oily one.we can choose the noodle soft or hard, its good point./ 味は悪くないし、スタッフも熱心。しかし、日本の豚骨に比べるとスープに濃厚さが足りない。フィリピン人は脂っこいのが好きではないのかもしれない。麺のゆで方で硬め、柔らかめを選べるのはいい。

First time for me at Ikkoryu and I liked it. The tantanmen ramens delicious, though just a little bit on the salty side. The sides are perfect -- super love the karaage and ajitama.Now that were experiencing the pandemic, there are some things I hope they improve: (1) I hope they have an online health form aside from the physical form, and (2) a thermal scanner jn case a customer has forgotten their temp upon entering the mall.

Not worth the price. Serving size is mediocre.
