Good ambiance, nice people, accomodating staff. This is safe and peaceful condominium, it was clean and has a good view. Located on a higj rise business center. Really a good place to stay.

這間飯店有以下缺失：1.住宿5天竟然都沒有打掃整理房間，垃圾沒有清理、浴巾也沒換新的、衛生紙還要去要才給。2.旅行社派車來接我們，因為沒有地方停車暫停門口，保全人員卻不給予停車，叫司機退車停在路邊，導致被警察開罰單罰了2600P，保全卻推卸責任說不是他們叫司機停的。3.當天下午回到飯店車子暫停門口（10分鐘左右），要接我們去另外的地方，我們全部都已經上車，司機要開車離開，保全人員卻不讓司機開離開，司機跟保全人員說我們是飯店的房客，但是保全人員卻說我們不是他們的房客，後來保全的經理出來，司機又再說明ㄧ遍，經理竟然也說我們不是他們的房客，態度很差還叫警察來，怎麼會有素質如此差的保全人員？4.這間飯店服務品質很差，第一次住到這麼差的飯店。

Incredible WiFi, incredible views, great service. Very short walk to the main mall. Gym is excellent in the building and theres also a pool next to the gym with great views. Would definitely stay again!

Very pleasant stay. Staff were very helpful. Good location, and reasonable features for a long term stay. We will be back.

The suites themselves are good, but there was a ton of rain when we arrived (typhoon level rain) which caused some flooding in the street. Im not sure if that impacted the Currency but in the elevator and the main public areas it smelled really bad of sewage.

The Hospitality of the staff was amazing, from check in greeting till checkout. Everyone was helpful, the rooms were well kept and clean. the location is ideal close to malls,restaurants and transportation. Looking forward to staying here in any future visits

Not a lot of reviews to go by on this property so Ill do my best to try to help. This is a privately owned handful of condos in a residential high rise that are available for nightly rent. Its not a hotel. And perhaps the name is a bit of a misnomer. There is no service here. You dont get your room cleaned every day. I stayed 5 nights and by the 4th day the towels were smelly, the linens needed to be changed, the toiletries were empty and the garbage was piling up. And I was ready to leave. Its a new building in a great location with high security. The room is brand new and well appointed but very cozy to say the least. The internet was spotty. The a/c was right next to the bed and a bit noisy for me. The biggest problem I had here was the pool. Though no fault of the owners, we had a very creepy experience. The pool is not indoor and people from the adjacent office building can see it. I was with my gf and her two nieces. Three very gorgeous ladies. I noticed all the men coming over to the windows to gawk. The girls did too. But what made it so creepy was when I figured out they were all doing it from the urinals. Disgusting! Needless to say, we left immediately. That pool area needs to be covered with privacy glass. I personally wouldnt go back here because of that, but if you need a cheap, clean place to stay for a couple of nights, this might do the trick for you. But I moved to a full service hotel for the following week.

The worst place in Manila! Water shut off multiple times per day for over a week. No power in the “suite” all day today. If I could rate this zero stars I would have. The staff is unhelpful and inattentive. The suite is tiny. Beware.

Great experience overall. Only thing we need help is if we could be reimburse for one day. Our reservstion was from 3/6 to 3/18 but we havevto check out Saturday, 3/17th at 400pm to head to the airpory

Nice room but the bed hard, no daily housekeeping also there was bad smell coming from down under elevator to the hallway

We had a great time and fun. No hassles. The place is neat, very clean. Nice friendly people. Quiet and safe.

Clean, has comfortable bed, convenient location and easy communication with the Property Caretaker. Not having a front desk was never an issue.

Very hard to find and no one knew where it was took 3 hours to find.

Too small. Too much furniture crammed. Tiny bathroom. No reception. Impossible to locate entrance.

Some kitchen equipment such as electric cooker is not working. The electric iron also could not be able to used as the plugs adapter was missing.

Staff was very professional and I had a great time staying there
