If you are looking for an affordable place to live in the Ortigas-Mandaluyong area, Legend Villas is a good option. Because of its location, you get easy access to basically everywhere in the metro.The rooms are clean, the service is excellent, and given with heart. They have ample all-you-can eat buffets, that are reasonably priced. Aside from an excellent Room Service Menu I opted for breakfast inclusive room. It is worth it. Fine Filipino cuisine buffet.The rooms offer a mini fridge (unstocked), an electric kettle, and provision for coffee or tea. They have a pool, gym, and jacuzzi, and lots of function rooms.

My friend got a promo 4 pax for only Php4,300 with buffet breakfast. We all thought it was going to be 2 beds to our surprise it was 4 single beds. Nice! It also include 4 sets of toiletries and 4 water bottles.The only issue we had was the construction noise.

My family enjoyed our relaxing stay in Legend Villas. It is very accessible to public transport..5 mins walk to the nearest MRT station.

We stayed here for our annual staycation holiday party with friends! Enjoyed the calm ambiance despite the busy streets across Boni Street esp. during holidays! Rooms are quite spacious, fair amenities, bathroom is big with hot/cold shower. Lola Marias cafe offers quite good selection of foods! They also got a pool if ever you plan a quick dip! Note that they require Php2000 incidental deposit just so you know! This place is great for family and friends indeed.

I would classified Legend Villas as a boutique hotel with low-rise villas. It is accessible from Edsa at Pioneer Street, which is one-way (going east) from Edsa up to Reliance Street.

Their foods and rooms are superb! We stayed here last New Years eve and we enjoyed the BGC fireworks display too not just the service of this hotel!

I rated this hotel as 2 cause during pandemic when I stayed here for temporary accommodation our room is only cleaned once a week. They dont lend spoon and fork. The matress dont even smell good.

Not really that great of a place. Good for small families. Not like, 6 kids including their spouses. Buffets repetitive. Some dishes were dry or were just there way too long.

The staff are all amazing! They are very polite, courteous, helpful, and friendly. Even the one cooking eggs everyday is very nice. Cleanliness is also very good, they ensure our room is cleaned nicely everyday and all supplies well stocked.For improvement would be the overall maintenance of the rooms and the swimming area. The bathrooms need re-grouting, the a/c vents look gray, and swimming area smells greasy from being right at the back of the kitchen. The hall leading to the pool is too narrow too.

Kinda old but service was great. The food was great and serving was not bad. Though I think they have to improve facilities

Perfect venue for our child’s 7th year Birthday Celebration where we have no hustle ordering food from the Hotel’s resto and accommodating our visitors as the Villa we had has a separate Sala, Dining and Kitchen at the 1st floor and our private beds at the second floor which both floors have their own separate Toilets.

Toilet next to function room is missing. None at all! You have yo go down 1level or to the ground floor. Food is great, cleanliness of the place well maintained.

Traditional type hotel. Nice big rooms. Toiletries can be better. Service ok.

Cozy & Homey feel staycation weekend within the metro

Will visit again, never got the chance to eat at the buffet and swim in their pool. The Villa is clean, aircon is 100% cool, the bedroom is spacious.

Very nice place and for sure we will come again very freindly staff and the have good food .place of happy people and smile people

When checking in valet parking was immediate, no hassles, room was clean and simple, we took some time to have a light dinner in there restaurant which I would have top rated. I did notice they had buffet which we did not partake but prices were super. Area surrounding was difficult to get around due to the ever so present heavy traffic in Manila but walking was great.

Recommended the accommodation, havent tried yet the pool. :)

Basically its ok, but I saw a cockroach lurking. The food is once again ok but nothing to remember. They should make some renovations

The hotel and its staff exceeded my expectations. parking was readily available, staff in reception noticed that I came from a long drive upon check in and even served us cold juice for relief. bellboys were helpful. the Christmas décor in the lobby was very festive

Its a beautiful Hotel in a convenient location.It is close to some malls. They have a great breakfast buffet.

Service was okay, breakfast options werent the usual but their hot chocolate, omelet and pancake station made it worth while.

It was okay but at first the aircon was not on for about 2hours until I inform and complaint. I went out after I checked in. When I get back the room is still hot. I hope next time. You ensure the aircon is on when you leave the guest. This should also be turned on before the guest checked in.

It was fun. Staff was very helpful and knowledgeable.Location is accessible to shopping centers. Building is kind of old but the room is clean.Lola Marias restaurant is the best,we enjoyed the breakfast buffet.

Our stay was amazing, but the air-con was not that cold. Maybe it just needs a little bit cleaning. But all in all, it was a great experience. Super amazing. Will def recommend this to my family and friends, and of course I can’t wait to book a staycation again in this hotel

Not senior citizen friendly. They were quite booked when we stayed there so they couldnt give us a road-level room. My in-laws had a hard time going up and down the stairs. Rooms are not that clean. Our ref had stale food in it. The CR didnt have good ventilation and was a bit dilapidated. Not worth the price they charge.Staff were very friendly.

Everything of their website photos says what the hotel is. It is clean and Filipino-inspired. We stayed in a family room during our stay in the hotel. I was quite surprised to see that what they have provided for the guests are thin blankets instead of the usual duvet. Anyhow, they have nice staff and food servings are great!

Always one of my favorite getaways in the Metro. With their quaint ambience and their kind and accommodating staff.If were going to mention about heir cozy rooms which is one of the biggest pluses and I would never fail to recommend to others.

Charmerende sted. En lille oase midt i Mandaluyong. Generelt pænt og velholdt. Søde og flinke medarbejdere. Mindre pool med både børne dybde, dog ikke helt små under 5, og voksen dybde. Mindre shopping center rundt om hjørnet men ikke de store butikker.

Room booked online was for a superior room but we know from our previous stay in this hotel, their superior rooms have no windows as they’re interior rooms. We upgraded to a DeLuxe room with an additional charge to get a room with a partial view of Makati Skyline. The DeLuxe room’s airconditioner was cold but the room has stll that lingering smell of bug spray or disinfectant. The flat-screen TV was working with good reception but the remote wasn’t working that we have to call housekeeping/maintenance which took almost an hour and a half before the maintenance man came telling us that he was given the wrong room number and blah-blah-blah. Room service was fast and the food was “comfort food” especially as hubby was under the weather at that time. After taking allergy medicine, he was able to sleep through the night with the cold aircondioner on the whole time. Breakfast in the morning at Lola Maria’s was “as always” delightful! Overall, our stay was comfortable and we will stay in this hotel again if we’re in the vicinity.

Stayed for one night only - excellent customer service, ample parking space. However the rooms are quite old already. It also feels like a glorified motel.

Living in Guadalupe, this place has been like the neighbour that I didnt know. Yeah, it looks good from the outside but I really didnt have a reason to visit.Then, when I finally got the chance to go there, it is like an escape. This is a good place to have a staycation. Just maybe, when I want a moment away from what I usually do, then would definitely go there.

What the receptionist informed us that the hotel was fully booked since few days ago and their staff were having a hard time cleaning the rooms. The staff of the hotel was friendly and helpful. Rooms are affordable. The location of the hotel was very good. Walking distance to a mall and shops.

The cost was very competitive and we are very happy with the outcome of our meeting. Location is good it terms of getting around to different areas of ***ila, and is only a short drive or metro ride to ***y malls and restaurants. The room wherewe stayed is very clean. I should say that Legend Villas is reasonably ok if your expectation are not too high.

Accommodating staff and gentle place to stay. Rooms are so clean and facilities are great. Has limited parking for guests, small swimming pool but nice ambiane. A room can accommodate 6-8 people. Breakfast buffet is great. Bit pricy but worth it.

The building is old and rustic style but I think this hotel is really old. We did not have to wait for a long time for someone to assist us. What I love the most is the buffet breakfast at Lola Marias restaurant. We will definitely go back to this place.

Its a peaceful village with themes featuring the Spanish Era

I spent my birthday weekend here last May and it was a fantastic experience. The waiters and food servers are prompt at dishing out used plates in the dining table. Location: Great location. Their room is huge. Inside, I was amazed with the Christmas feel of the main hall.

Legend Villas hava awesome villas and very accommodating and courteous staff that are always ready to serve. They also have great food, especially their Lola Maria desserts! I would love to come back again!

Location is very convenient to go to the malls...breakfast is good although slow in replenishing menu that runs out easily. Washrooms tile needs to be clean out of molds.Staffs were courteous as they were before.
