This is my first time ordering @ Shake Shack Megamall.. mabilis naman naiserve sa akin for take out un. Or baka konti lng siguro ung mga orders nila that time and wala pang pila or MECQ pa kasi that time. Overall worth it sya mejo pricey lng talaga.

Masarap naman sya pero sana merong combo or value meal since sanay tayong mga pinoy na may kasama ng fries a d drinks.

SO DELICIOUS.Tip: when you drink the ube shake or eat the concrete, eat the burger or fries at the same time so that the sweetness will not overpower. What a great compliment for all of the things in the photo.

The food tastes great but its too bad that I cant dine here very often cos Im on a budget (lol!). And their staff are indeed attentive even if it was a busy day.

New year day Jan 1 2020quick service since the server has their own portable POS and change in their pockets. quite accomdating. There was a line but very fast.The burger is good and cheesy.

I thought it was just a hype but I was wrong! The beef has a restaurant like quality meat. The Portobello mushroom and cheese that they used is not cheap so the price is justifiable.Definitely coming back but for me its more of a Payday treat.

You need to visit shake shack during off peak hours if you dont want to fall in a very long line. Burgers are good and reasonably priced. Serving time was okay, I didn’t wait too long for my burger and drink. Love their smokeshack burger, you can really taste the meat and it wasn’t overcooked, juices are still there. Would come back again but only during off peak hours.

American flavor. Cozy ambiance esp at the back part. Plus points for the orange-infused water and that cute hand wash station that is high tech af. Service wast. Came there at a 5pm of a Saturday. Tried this mainly bc of BTS haha. Staff were organized and approachable. They gice out free mini lemonades. Nice shack

Burger was ok, i was not a fan of the soft bun but others like it. The patty was a little pink, again domething others like. Bacon was nice and crispy. Spicy sauce.The curly fries were crispy.No hot drinks only cold / iced on menu.Staff are helpful and efficient.

Quality is the price you pay for. This is not your usual McDonalds style burger. This is high quality top notch burger, one of the best I can find here in the Philippines. For 1 burger (double meat style), fries, and drink, expect to spend around 750 pesos total. Definitely worth it, as I will be coming back.

I like Shake Shacks Shakes. I have always craved for the Salted Caramel Shake ever since I first tasted it at Changi (Jewel) Airport at Singapore and now it is here For the burgers, I guess its okay but I have tasted better burgers with a more affordable price.

Too much hype for an ok food. Just my opinion though.Still, a must try for curious people. You might find it worth it.

The burgers were so good. Root Beer float was amazing!

I was disappointed when i finally got to try Shake Shack. The Burger was just Average, nothing special about it that will make me try it again.

Not even one star deserves this place. The bread is super soggy. The Shackcago dog that is worth 250 did not look or taste the price. Not one staff assisted me in looking for a seat. But when a family of Chinoys arrived they did not hesistate and even sanitized their table. What a shame with all this hype. Not worth any of your money at all.

Doesnt taste that good. Not worth the hype. But whats super irritating is their treatment with their customers. They look at their customers based on the class. Pag mukang mayaman they reserve the seats. Pag hindi, dun ka sa gilid gilid. Boooo Shake Shack!

Smokeshack + Cheese Fries + Chocolate Milkshake felt like this is how Jugheads favorites at Pop Tates Choklit Shoppe would taste.

Soggy bread,under seasoned patty , french fries is an insult very low quality,

You wont get wrong with Shake Burger, fries, Coke, and Vanilla Shake....but pricey....but worth it!

Shorter waiting time, but still packed

May 2021 - I had 0 expectations, but still no improvement on the fries because they serve what has sat on the shelf and cooled. The BBQ flavor fries is literally just regular fries with sides of sauces and bacon bits. Also tried the chicken burger this time and the chicken was relatively thin and small for the price. This place is still a ripoffFeb 2020 - Burger was wet and soggy, patty was not well-seasoned and lacked the smoky flavor I experienced in Japan, and fries were not fresh and hot. Total disappointment and waste of money. Hope you guys can turn this around
