Pre renovation = 5 starsPre-pandemic = 3 starsNow = 1 starThe taste is so bad it was much effort to finish our food. Bland taste, or just wrong formulation. Bday noodles was malansa, bamboo pith soup not the same as before and too gingery and salty.
Understandingly lesser people dining. But I felt safe with their health and safety protocol.
Had the dish stewed duck served with bun. The duck was full of broken tiny bones and almost no meat was found. I am not surprised the duck was the left over after serving the Peking duck from other tables. It is supposed to place it in a bun to eat which is not ideal especially for the kids or elderly. True enough...I broke a tooth this afternoon. The other dishes were a bit too salty too.
Hi end Chinese foods for the elite and affordables. A la carte were a bit pricey but tasty. B-day parties and get togethers were usually held here by connossieur. Enjoyable with classy ambience !
Food was really great. service was a little slow tho. but we did go during Chinese new year so keep that in mind.
Yesterday evening I went to your place to inquire the menu set because I will be having guests later this week and will dine at your restaurant. The receptionist at that time was Ciara. She got my Email adRess and she told she will give it thru email but she never did!I hope your crew Be more assistive and friendly +efficient.Still waiting for the menu
Lets enjoy dinning and delicious foods good services.
Surprisingly mediocre on New Years 2020. The fish was plated like someone elses leftovers. Dry/stale peking duck wrappers. Terrible pastries. I definitely know these guys do much better, but they dropped the ball today.
Love the Steamed Turbot fish... it literally melts in your mouth
Valet is 150 whether you like it or not.
First dining experience was good, delicious food and very good service from Del. Second experience with my friends isnt that good someone named Bart doesnt even know how to present a wine properly. And im looking for Del but i guess hes not around anymore.
What a nice place to have lunch and dinner with family...
Staff needs to act the part. Feels like youre eating at a low class chi resto
Ambience is very nice, food is good but a but pricy.
Tonight food and service was below its high standards but normally its a 5 star place
Superb food. everything is perfect
Good to great food, service gets a bit slow during lunch rush
Worst time in a hotel restaurant. They should close down already.

Great food! Great service! Will b back!
Excellent Chinese food. Always well presented
Yummy Chinese food! Peking duck, sweet and sour pork, yangchao rice, pancit canton, etc.
Food is good but the menu is in really bad condition. Its falling apart by itself.
FOOD IS VERY GOOD, AS USUAL..SERVICE IS BELOW PAR..
Good food. Small portion not small.
Mediocre service, food isnt great
The food is stellar but the service not so much. Maybe theyre short on staff but it was very difficult to ask for glasses, water, even the bill, at the time.
Food is good but my 1.5 year old didnt appreciate the msg in the food, had to change diaper 6 times. Servers here arent the most hospitable either.
Delicious Chinese menu for the family. No disappointments in Summer Palace!
