Kaka order lang namin bandang 2 pm, kulang ng burger order namin at walang tissue, ketsup, fork . Di na namin na double check dahil akala namin okay na. Sana sa susunod make sure na complete binibigay nyo dahil may ibang customer na di naman na nagccheck ng orders.

Staff should go to training of customer service . I visit several times bad service some items sold out nor phase out and not removing from menu. Drive thru is the best way to order food not leaving car but always failure of order. I thought my order is correct but when i got home some is missing and i order ice tea i repeat many times then i find out they give me coke instead of ice tea. They act like a robot no emotion.

Took my single order 20 mins to prepare.No service crew to give my order. Ended up picking up my own order.

Accepts dine in, drive thru. pls observe social distancing and wear proper PPEs. ex. face mask, face shield, rubber gloves

I was asked if I could wait for 15 minutes for my order by the drive thru area but waited for 30 minutes. I walked back to the window and asked for my order which seemed like they already have forgotten. The crew was not even sorry about what happened.

Very poor and slow service, extremely salty spaghetti, not fresh chicken, mushroom soup without flavor..... Like really?!?!?!?!

The only 24 hr KFC in the province so far that you dont have to go to NLEX for. Standard KFC experience. Freshness is a mixed bag. You know how terrible stale fried chicken is and Ive had some during the late hours. Unlike other KFCs they will let you order other items like Zinger or Hotshots during off peak hours that other branches will outright refuse to serve you. The staff arent the friendliest. Its such an indifferent experience with them and only some managers and crew manage to smile so dont expect them to be happy to have customers at all.

Good food. But when its late at night.. service is inefficient... lacks crew.. slow service...

Better than most KFC cracklings are good service faster than most drive thru is quicker than McDonalds and jolliebee
