If you are looking for semi authentic chinese food for a lower budget, this is probably what you would like. Personally, i love their dimsum, sweet and sour and soup (nido soup with quail egg and polanchay soup). I do not like veggies but polanchay soup taste great. Extra tip, for branches outside manila, avoid going during peak hours, as these branches have trainee or ojt servers and less staff compared to manila branches....

Average food except their beef with mango as Nd minced beef fried rice are above average.

Super slow sevice, they said 20-25 minutes waiting time but we waited for around 45 minutes. And the serving size was super small compared to other hapchan branches ive been to.

I know I already give a high mark last 2015 when we have our lunch at Hap Chan. That is right after signing the contract of the house that we bought in Malolos City. Of course that time everything is nice and decent to look at . After several years of being away and then came back, we noticed some needs attention, like the chairs and menu book . I think there are more but these two are the 2 most that needs updating. Me, I always proud of telling my friends that there is a Chinese restaurant right next to where I live that I can be proud off to recommend to all my friends if ever they are looking for an authentic Chinese restaurant whenever they are in Tikay, Malolos City.The service is still good and fast and the big portion is just enough of your money’s worth The taste of the foods doesn’t change and always newly cooked and fresh. I should gave 5 stars again But I had to mention what I saw that needs attention for the restaurant especially with the stiff competition of restaurants lining up nearby. I hope the management will attend to this short reminder, anyway it’s for their own good not mine.

The food that was served was new and hot, The noodles, dumplings tastes good except for the Iced Milk Tea which is not that good and the Century Egg tastes old. But the service crew were very friendly and accommodating. You can also pay using credit card.

Customer service is almost non-existent. Expensive menu for foods that taste average. Only the security guard is accommodating.

Looking for the usual Chinese food? You can’t go wrong with Hap Chan. If you’re a patron you know how good the food here in Hap Chan. You can never go wrong here. What I usually order is the taho with gulaman, it taste really good, but not always available. Maybe a lot of guest order this dessert that’s why it always runs out.Parking is not a problem, there’s enough for all guest

Hap Chan Malolos is also another goto place for me and my family especially when there is something to celebrate.Food is always hot and consistent with the taste. Since their serving is always for sharing, you get value for money. They also serve complimentary chinese tea. The waiters are nice and the place is always clean and welcoming.One thing, I hope they can make their restrooms larger, but so far it functions well.

This is my go-to for reasonably priced Chinese food. Decent food quality and large serving sizes. Relaxed ambiance. Good service. Great for celebration dinners.

I love it!! Dumplings, noodles, wanton, beef... Ill recommend hap chan if you are looking for chinese food

One of the best choice to have Chinese flavor within the Betterliving area, although small area compare to newly open competitors, restaurant layout is good, plus have their own comfort room is a plus.. Consistent promo is a bonus to the consumer, menu is wide but taste quality suffers at times.

I like Chinese food. But the food they served are somehow bland and almost tasteless. The lemon chicken though, it is almost good. Though you may want to pass on the sea food soup that they offer.The shrimps does not taste like shrimp. You can somehow taste that it has been sitting in the freezer for too long.The pansit, mediocre at best.The black gulaman tastes like it has been diluted with antiseptic or rubbing alcohol maybe? Maybe, its just me.Yang Chao rice is waaaaay under seasoned. Hmm...I wish it would be better.

Sunday service is very slow, but maybe backlogged due to a party. We waited 40mins at least to get our orders completed. Aircon also broken, but they did have electric fans to try compensate. Food taste is enough for someone hungry but will not go beyond to justify the price. 2 persons + 1 toddler bill was php 1500

A good restaurant to gather the family to celebrate or simply eat out.

Where do I start? Service was quick as in 15 mins tops, but it was because we went around dinner time. It taste like Chinese food alright. The unfortunate thing was that the food we ordered were all deep fried. By around 5 mins of chowing down the food, we could feel the cooking oil flowing through our bloodstream. Quite literally! Go there for Chinese food; just dont order everything thats deep fried. The mango with tapioca was a delight.

Been to this place to attend birthday celebration of my cousin, well I love all the foods they served.. Satistied.. Yessss

Authentic Chinese Restaurant for family and any group gathering

My last 3 visits this year (2016) was disappointing. The service has slowed down, the food quality has somewhat compromised and service could be better. Maybe the service crew are new or maybe they are overwhelmed. Whatever the reason the customers should not notice. The wait for our food when we ordered take out took them almost 1 hour to serve us 2 packets of Beef Hor Fun. We were not even served water even after we kept approaching the staff 3 times and the cashier once. On another occasion I was billed with another tables food. Our bill was around P700 but the bill was almost P1500. After checking it was reduced to our original bill and the error was 2 tables were put into the same bill slot as the waiter was the same. Their standard of beef horfun had considerably much lesser beef as usual and the chicken was over fried (like fried twice-maybe someone elses order was rejected and re fried and given to us). As I was with a group of business associates I did not want to create a scene but just decided to let it be but put it in my review. Since April 2016 I did not patronize them in Malolos. Maybe I shall try other Hap Chans in manila.
