Food is still great. Its comfort food for us. They havent really changed much, so dont expect anything swanky. But the kamameshi rice and tempura are still among our favorites, even with new establishments popping up.

If you are looking for an authentic Japanese Restaurant nearby without going to the busy traffic along other restaurants situated in Makati. New Kamameshi house is your restaurant. The staff, especially the security guards are extremely professional, curteous and polite always with a warm smile that never fades even during evening hours. Their menu is comparable to some high-end restaurants that will not hurt your wallet. When going inside, you are greeted by staff personel dressed in japanese robes with high regards. They even ask about how their cooking is and will not hesitate to replace it if you are disatisfied with it. Overall, despite of its location, near proximity to Makati New Kamameshi house is your place to go to satisfy any Authentic Japanese food cravings.

Food not like before specially the kamameshi rice. im confuse why they didnt maintain or improve their kamameshi rice? bcoz thats is their star dishes
