We love City Garden, that is why we keep coming back. We cant get over about the quality of their service. Friendly staffs, nice ambiance. Immediate assistance whenever we need. Last new year, they surprised us by upgrading our room to executive suites. We are so happy. City Garden will be our top priority now when booking a hotel. See u again soon City Garden.

THe room was nice. We got the big room but still seemed somewhat small. The maid was nice and gave us water daily. Certain times of the day htere was free coffee or juice in the lobby which was nice since we were the thirsty. THey need a brochure of places still open during covid, seemslike it was many closed places near the hotel during covid

Nice place to stay. The I.T. worker there really hleped a lot, he put a router in the room and helped me get my own wifi router. Check in was kindof slow even iwith a reservation. I asked a few questions and they did not know even simple things about the area in makati. be taht as it may for a 4 star hotel with a conceire, their ability to help tourist around is limited. But the room is clean and hotel is safe

It was good . They lost my kids cereal spoon. it was in the sink but the housekeeper took it and the restaurant lost it. Also, the coincerge got me lost when asking for directions. The room is nice but some of the staffs help is not 5-star rating. But it is clean and safe place. One good thing was the reservation peoplehelped with prinitng improtant documents. Improve: get a weekly or monthly rate, 75 $ a day is kindof expensive . Wifi was good in some rooms but much better in otehrs

The room safe was good. The AC was good. Wifi was good. It is a good location near Chinese Embassy and near a few nice restaurants like Filing station. Two 7-11s nearby and many restaurants nearby too ... The security was very safe

Sometimes the water in the bathtub or shower was warm, but not hot. Seemed like there was some problem . However there was hot water like late at night or early morning. Reservation people are nice but check in staff clerk has limited English. Overall nice hotel and nice area but lots of homeless living near hotel

Their delivery meals were not so good. The room was nice. The restaurant on the roof was ok but many times the menu was out of most dishes. It was very clean and they followed the COVID guidelines to try to keep the place virus free, Overall a nice bargain .

很舒適的飯店，地點在酒吧區，愛喝啤酒是蠻近的，離市區大型購物中心有段距離，附近韓國餐廳非常多、異國料理也不少. 飯店有一定的服務品質，頂樓有泳池及餐廳都不大，但感覺不錯！ 建議情侶傍晚提前到頂樓餐廳用餐，有不錯的夜景.

頂樓為酒吧與餐廳還有吸菸區跟泳池泳池有點小，不過還算可以食物還算可以頂樓的景色滿不錯的缺點是電梯只有兩台，不是很好等房間還算乾淨住這邊的優點大概是附近機能非常好要什麼餐廳有什麼餐廳有按摩店，便利超商，屈臣氏什麼的都有

Had an international flight to Manila and we need to stay and quarantine in Manila for a couple of days so booked this hotel as I have read lots of good reviews. I initially booked for a room with A VIEW and specifically asked for it in special instructions, and upon check in, everything was doing well - staff corteous, friendly, and they know what they are doing. Informed us they upgraded us to a deluxe room at no extra cost - so was really happy with it. However, upon entering the room, I was disappointed. Exhausted from the long haul flight, I was expecting a good rest but we were greeted with a room with a TINY window for a view! No sunlight reaching the bed at all - feels like night time all the time. The bed had this squeaking sound everytime I move and the water from the shower is constantly dripping. I booked for a 5 night stay - didnt have the energy to raise my issue the first night since I was knackered. This was room 1622 - do not book that room! I managed to review my check in via expedia and the hotel staff contacted me the next day. They asked whats wrong so informed them of the problems then moved me to a better room with adequate window space for natural light! Hurray for that! Staff assisted me and they were perfect - couldnt fault them at all. I would have given my overall stay a 3 out of 5 because of that TINY window room but because of the all the helpful, friendly, and accomodating staff, would happily give them 4 out of 5.

The staff was friendly, good service. The manager, Brigette, was very helpful with getting my Covid test results from the lab. The TV cable selection is limited, could use more of a western selection, especially sports channels.

A decent hotel near Makati and within walking distance to Poblacion area which has a great selection of restaurants and bar. Be aware that traffic near the hotel could be horrendous so prepare your time ahead and sometimes its better to walk a bit further to hail taxi, if you dont wanna stuck in traffic.

Also parking in front is non existent for the taxis so kept that in mindLocation- about 5 to 10 minute walk to either the small A venue mall or century mall- Burgos street for night life is literally around the corner its actually a very small area I walked around the while area less than 10 minutes ..women outside abound if thats your thing.- banks you have may bank,  metro bank walking distance around the corner- there are a few 7-11 within walking distance- if you want a amazing night view of the city head to Im hotel basically across the street go up to the 36th floor.  free of charge- coffee theres a few choices nearby Starbucks, Bos,  coffee bean and kismet cafe-If you want to head to greenbelt mall area make sure to get a grab taxi on the opposite side of the road much easier than having the taxi do a u turn- theres a food court down the street at century mall called the hole in the wall on the 4th floor- next to A venue mall is a bazaar its a really good place for cheap eats and live music and alcohol

Great hotel in the heart of everything. 15 minutes leisurely walk to The Landmark. Night life surrounding the hotel. All the amenities including massage service thats 24hrs. The legit kind of massage. Room with a window less the view. Shaggy carpet and worn out cloth upholstery chair looked unsanitary. Other than this wouldve rated 5 star

It’s time for Mexican cuisine and one of the best places to go is the Encima Roofdeck. Located in Poblacion at the highest floor of City Garden Hotel, this bar and restaurant is accessible to the Makati business district. This offers an overlooking view of the Makati skyline with a great sunset view towards the buildings of the metro. It is lighted by yellow bulbs in the evening for a cozier ambiance..The chefs are accommodating and theyre hands-on the dishes. What we liked best is their Chili Pork Ribs which is so tender and tasty on top being ultra smoky. The corn and avocado salsa that accompanies it is equally amazing. We also appreciated their Quesadilla which they prepare with freshly-made fita bread. The chicken toppings together with cheese and salsa are rich in flavor, too..For the drinks, our favorite is the Strawberry Buko Melon Margarita. This is a special recipe with the new Nestlé powdered Buko-Melon flavor which masks the bitter alcoholic taste. It also has real strawberry bits as toppings. The Buko Melon Surprise is also a must try with its creative presentation. This has the Nestlé Buko Melon powdered juice mixed with real buko meat, buko juice, and melon served as cocktail in a buko shell. They also have a new cocktail drink which includes the Nestlé Pineapple-Guyabano flavor which is a perfect mix to the alcohol.

Nice and specious room though there is only one small window that overlook another building. The roof is nice specially at night. Staff are friendly. The internet is slow,buffet breakfast is poor and coffee is not good. Bathrooms floor smells. The street is quite busy all the time. There are plenty of restuarants around. Some of them offer Middleastern food and shaisha.There are Arab night clubs in the back streets in a shady looking corners. Not a comfortable place to walk specially at night

Ate at roofdeck bar last December 2019 when we stayed a night at City Garden Hotel. Id consider this as one of my favorite set of Mexican fooda here in Metro! Did i mentioned that the food experience was just an add up in our stay? Yep! We slept and relaxed really well after this lol and went straight to the pool after the breakfast buffet. Wish we had more time but yeah, we are planning to head back this year to experience a great weekend indeed!

I stayed at this hotel last month with my friends. The staffs are friendly and very accomodating. Everywhere is tidy and they offer delicious food. Hey this place was good! The rooftop area is pretty nice and staff were very helpful. Only 4 star because we are currently staying at the GRAND city garden and wow is it ever amazing.

I stay here from Dec 29-30. I had a great stay, we stayed at P floor which means penthouse, but actually its 21st floor, it has a great view at night. receptionist was very accomodating.The cleanliness of the bathroom is my biggest thing. Its a really good measure of how good the entire housekeeping staff does their job. rooftop pool was also nice, they also have gym and ITS FREE :) and also dont worry what to eatTHERE IS A LOT of fast food near this hotel and malli will definitely come back here.

It was our first time staying at this hotel with my family and I can say that this hotel was excellent especially with their amenities like the pool, jacuzzi, and gym. Rooms are spacious and luxuriously appointed. Their staff was very accommodating and friendly. Service was attentive and gracious and the location was convenient at all.

Booked a room here last December 2019 to surprise one of my friend. As we stayed here, Everything was good starting from our room up to the roofdeck area. Also tried the breakfast buffet at the Bistro and it was also good. Hotel service was also on point. Will definitely be back here again soon.

Un lieu indescriptible !Une vue imprenable sur Makati.. la nuit, on voit des milliers de lumières partout..Il faut monter 32 étages avec un ascenseur très rapide.. on a eu de la chance davoir eu une table fumeur tout de suite..Il y a souvent de lattente car cest un lieu très prisé..Point important : les plats..Cest absolument parfait ! Lagneau est particulièrement délicieux ! Les cocktail sont pile poil ce quil faut pour sentir le goût de chaque ingrédients..Je recommande vivement dy aller !

Nice hotel from the beginning to the end. the design of the room is and as well as the building is amazing, it gives a wow factor the moment you enter the hotel. Check-in was super easy it gives you the best accommodation they can so that there is no problem while you are staying. one of the best in the hotel is the pool located at the roof deck with a resto-bar on the other side. hangout with my friends plus a celebration of achievements in nice hotels is worth it.

Very accomodating staff. Well-maintained room
