Very modern hotel. The room we had was very good. Everything you need was available. The room and the whole hotel were very clean. Breakfast was also very good. We will come back here.

One of the newest hotels in Manila, with a clean modern decor. The rooms are quite spacious specially compared with most of the hotels in Makati. As a residence style accommodation there are washer and dryers in the 1 and 2 bedroom suites. Because the propery doesnt start until the 19th floor the view is stunning specially the bar and restaurant facing Manila Bay. Gym is 24/7.

Muito chique!! Quarto gigante e maravilhoso, com uma vista sensacional!!! Tem várias comodidades inclusas (shampoo, sabonete, chá, roupão, ferro, etc). A banheira é linda com vista para a cidade! Tem duas máquinas de lavar e secar roupa. A cama é enorme, tem um hall legal, ar e luzes bem instalados. A piscina é linda e o andar de happy hour é muito lindo, com vista incrivel e por do sol! O hotel fica em cima de um shopping, bem localizado e com muitas coisas na região, a área é legal para gastronomia e compras, mas é bem alto nivel, então o custo das coisas não é barato. A área também é bem business e o nivel do pessoal bem alto, então andam bem vestidos, fui de mochilão e estava no fim da viagem, então me senti um pouco deslocada do publico que frequenta o lugar, mas valeu a pena poder me hospedar num quarto tão confortável. O atendimento na recepcão demorou. Fechamos o quarto e não estava claro que o café da manhã não estava incluido no preco, isso foi uma surpresa na hora do checkin.

Hotel is ok, location is great, surrounded with a lot of shopping center, in the city of makati which is also near at greenbelt, one of the best expensive famous shop, the hotel and room is clean and staff are friendly

Generally clean spaces/rooms. Their rooftop bar/restaurant provodes a good view of the city lights at night. Pretty chic reception area. AC in our room was probably busted in a way. We cant control the temperature and we had tofurn it off and back on when the room felt too cold.

Room was awesome as it comes complete with everything you need. Furnishings/Utensils/Kitchen are brand new. Lighting can be improve as certain area of the room have no lights. Iron sticks to the garments when ironing. Lifts from the concierge to the lobby can be better managed. Should have 1 on standby on each level since both are on the ground floor every time. And it will take you some time before it comes up since the lobby is on the 19th floor. Staffs are all friendly and helpful especially JD and Charlie. Overall a pleasant stay and will surely consider staying in Seda next time. Cheers!

It is one of the newest hotels in Makati. Great location since the building itself has a mall at the lower floor. Very accessible to banks and other business offices as well. Room is excellent with complete amenities and kitchenette. Friendly staff and amazing scent at the lobby.

Rooms are spacious and clean. They have complete kitchenware which are very convenient to use. Staff are accommodating and courteous. Room service is prompt. Food is also of excellent quality and taste. Loved the ambience of their lobby and its aroma which feels very relaxing. Keep it up!

Weve been to Seda To celebrate Christmas with the family. Front Desk Is very accommodating especially Mark. He was very nice and very attentive.. Place and location is Nice as well.. Will go back again for sure. Well deserved 5star..

Das Hotel liegt mitten in Makati, in Laufdistanz gibts daher jede Menge Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Das Hotel und das Zimmer waren insgesamt sehr modern, sauber und ansprechend. Es scheint dort jedoch im gesamten Haus ein Problem mit dem Abfluss zu geben. Aus dem Bad kam uns ein furchtbar modriger, fauliger Geruch entgegen. Nachdem wir diesen reklamiert hatten, bekamen wir zwar ein Upgrade - in diesem Zimmer war der Geruch jedoch noch intensiver. Die Rezeption hat darauf verwiesen, dass dieser eventuell von frischer Farbe stamme, aber das würde ich ausschließen, weil es auch nach mehreren Tagen nicht besser wurde und ich den Geruch kurzzeitig auch auf der Dachterrasse und unten auf der Straße vor dem Hotel wahrnehmen konnte. Alles in allem also eigentlich ein tolles Hotel - aber nur wenn man bei Gerüchen nicht zu empfindlich ist.

I spent my birthday here at Seda Residences Makati and it was a blast. The hotel’s design is state of the art which I really loved. The pool was great because of it’s overlooking view of the city. I was satisfied with the food and drinks served. The staff were well-accommodating and the service was on point. I enjoyed the room because it’s spacious and relaxing. Overall, my birthday staycation here at Seda Residences Makati was excellent and I can’t wait to come back!

We stayed for 4 nights and 5 days at Seda Residences in Makati, conveniently located along Ayala Avenue and Amorsolo St. and adjacent to the Ayala North Exchange. It is about a 12-15 minute walk to the Greenbelt shopping center and other hotels in Makati City Center via a shaded skywalk. The hotel amenities are modern and beautiful including a pool, a gym, and the Misto bar with about 180 degree views of the Manila Bay and parts of Makati. The restaurant has a fairly decent selection of food and beverages. The suite we stayed in was spacious and included a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, fridge and, utensils. The bed is comfortable and the room includes a safety deposit vault, desk, sofa, an ironing board, and a good wi-fi. Accommodation also included breakfast. The staff is very courteous, helpful, and friendly.Although we stayed during its ‘soft opening’, we did not hear any construction noise that would have inconvenienced our stay. Seda Residences General Manager, Marc Cerqueda, is very receptive even to minor suggestions to help improve customer service. Mr. Cerqueda is the epitome of a highly experienced and professional manager who reaches out to clients, understands their needs, and addresses any problems to ensure that Seda Residences is a great place to stay. We loved our stay at Seda and will not hesitate to refer anybody who wishes to visit Makati for business or a holiday.

If you are looking for a place to stay within the busy city of Makati and accessible to malls, I highly recommend Seda Makati. Their rooms are spacious and offer a complete set of amenities. Their lobby has a semi-contemporary design that everyone would love to see. Its rate is all worth it plus they have lovely and well-accommodating staff ready to assist all.

Brand new apartment residences in the heart of Makati business district. Location wise - 15 minute walking distance to Greenbelt, along the elevated walk way. Food options and restuarants are abundant downstairs, including Starbucks, Jollibee and 7/Eleven.The lobby is on the 19th floor and restaurant / breakfast area is on the 35th. Great views for photo opportunities.Our 1 bedroom premier room was great. Very spacious and had everything we needed. The king bed was amazing and I slept very well.From the door to check in, all staff were courteous and professional.All-in-all an enjoyable stay and I would highly recommend.

Clean and convenient. Nice rooms, with a decent pool, and a decent rooftop bar. Many restaurants and shops on the ground floor, and in the general area. Also there is an elevated, covered walking path, that starts at the hotel, and brings you all the way to the greenbelt Makati. It is also in one of the safer areas of the city. No issues walking down Ayala Avenue at midnight.

Room was well equipped with kitchen and spacious living area which made our family staycation very comfy! The outdoor pool was very cool too for the kids plus they got children’s play are and game room! Service was superb! I truly recommend this hotel!

Our family had a great time at the Seda location. The staff is AMAZING! Breakfast is served at the 35th floor which has a great layout and beautiful view. The food for breakfast had a great variety that our one year old was happy each time. The location is located in a busy area however not far from Greenbelt and great variety of restaurant.

We stayed at 3 bedroom and the place is so huge good for your reunion/gathering or anything. I saw the toilet of masters bedroom and its spacious. Rooftop has a scene of makaty skyline good for picture taking. all of our requests from the staff have been addressed properly...

I would recommend staying here as staffs are very friendly and will really make you feel at home. Rooms are spacious and nice and also Located in a secured building and mall. The location made it easy to get around and there are abundant restaurants nearby.

Very nice rooms, complete amenities, especially if you would like to cook your own meals.Misto restaurant and Straight up bar is on the top floor which is the highest point for a bar and restaurant in the Makati area.Area of the hotel is close to everything. It even has a mall down stairs and a hospital as well.

Price and the serviceI ordered the salmon expecting it will be sumptuous salmon for dinner last Christmas with friends. But they gave me wrong rice and the food is not what I expected. I spent a money not reasonable for the meal I ordered.I will not go anymore in this restaurant.But rather go to somewhere simple and deserving.

Ive been in their roof deck bar called Straight Up located at the 35th floor. The place is with excellent view, (I advised to come here before sunset) lovely food and service as well. I will definitely comeback here again and again!

It was the best weekday staycation with my family in the Metro. Felt like home away from home and certainly worth a visit again and again. Initially booked for a night stay but ended up extending it for one more night.From the residence guest parking up to the lobby floor, you will be greeted by a gorgeous pool. The scene Wowed me for three seconds. We were greeted by Marc (GM) at the lobby as we came on the day of my moms 63rd birthday. Check-in process was a breeze. The room was awesomely complete. I liked the ambience at the roofdeck specially at sunset. But the deck pool late at night is very pretty and great for IG. The fresh air is also a pleasant surprise considering its in the middle of the city.

A pleasant experience with a very spacious and comfortable room. A nice view on TOP in the heart of Makati. Pool is nice with water clean. A very friendly staff and accomodating. Oh there is also gym. But what I like most is the breakfast buffet with a a lot of fresh and sumptuois food selection! Just perfect place to relax after a hard days work. All personnal are very accommodating, from the drop off lobby to the pretty and very pleasant front desk ladies, all the way up to the Misto restaurant. Service was superb! I did not realize that I left an item until they informed me about it. The item was safekept even if I had to retrieve it several days after. One minor thing though, bathrooms do not have bidets. But overall, the entire staycation was a blast esp to my kids. Breakfast was very much good too.

Nice and friendly seda specially when the lady housekeeping attendant at the lobby area helped me going to Misto Restaurant. Aircon is very cold, food is superb. Mitch of Misto is very accomodating should be promoted. I enjoyed staying in this hotel and looking forward to meet the friendly staff.
