Sabi ng order take 25 minutes... After 15 minutes dumating yung lasagna, almost 1 hr dumating yung pizza after makatatlong followup, then 5 mintues after nun dumating pa yung mojos.. Maryosep! Tahimik lang kami pasalamat kayo pinigilan ko gf ko, malapit na mag beast mode...

Wasn’t a fare expected experience as found in many of the reviews. What I’ve learnt is that , the reviews are totally biased either country wise or ethnicity wise. Right reviews can help others see pitfalls rather than jumping in to it.A small crowd, and staff weren’t able to manage alreadyI have asked for seafood Soup for which the reception staff showed me what was in the menu that states chunks of squids with fish meat and shrimp and this and that goes the adjectives being used for the seafood costing 129 php.Roughly around 15 minutes later, i was all sweaty and asked the rushing waiter, that why i feel so hot and suffocated , and she humbly replied that their AIRCON’s not working. And then i asked for some tissue to wipe of my sweat which she got for me. Really guys was sweating like as if I’ve been to a sauna.Then without my permission someone started led to bit me, thought i was in an illusion, yet i broke into the reality that , this particular restaurant among the chain of shakey’s , has mosquitos as well ..And another 5 mnts of sweating and scratching, i got my seafood soup, i wanted to dive into it, prior to that I checked the contents , it was thick creamy , and the soup spoon was a big table spoon instead of a ladle ... I then asked the waiter , wether she misplaced it instead.. she said nopThen on checking for Chunchiness of the fish meat and squid and shrimps, for my disappointment, found a very small shrimp tail and 2 dices of potatoes, Wasn’t ready to have this , so i with my utmost humbling voice asked the waiter to see whats in it that there is nothing but potatoes, and requested her to change it. And after another , 20 mnts got a soup that was cold and this time had 2 average sized potatoes and no shrimps and any traces of seafood ... i think the cook is angry with me. He really needs to know whats seafood. I hooe the shakey’s manager teach him, with some pictures about at least some seafoods of shrimps , fish, squids , oysters, And that potatoes are not from the sea but from the soil.And at the end of the table , saw a logo, did we make you wow!!Yes i was WOW ed by the soup.

The Beer is cold the Pizza is hot and so yummy and they next close unless there is a brownout. This little gem was right across from the hotel and was a fun place.

Good food as always, but the services are a little slow in this specific branch.

Manager is very attentive when we gad an issue with our Shakeys card. He called us right away just a few minutes after my call with Shakeys hotline. Unlike other branches that never call you back

Shakeys has some new and interesting items on their menu. For example they now have an all day breakfast offer. I noticed that their scallops used to be great tasting but recently the scallops had grown tinier, you would need a magnifying glass to see them. But they still have a good deal with their take out only: buy one your choice and take one their choice, usually the Hawaiian which luckily is a favorite of mine and a free 1.5 liter coke. With a senior 20% discount and 10% from the Shakeys card that is really a hot deal!

Food is good but I do not recommend the place on a summer. My friend had a party there and it is too darn hot. It was a kids party! Poor kids.

Guess I expected too much 4 stars only hope regular Pizza is the size of a personal pizza 6slices mini slices. Wanna order for 5ppl order 5 regular pizza or 5 large pizza.Chicken and Mojo still great. ONLINE delivery surprisingly fast !!!

The staff gets busy very easily, and they run out of menu item almost all the time, Soo if youre hungry for a particular thing you will likely be disappointed.

The food still tastes as how we have all grown to love it; familiarly good. However, the service could be improved. The waiters were somehow understaffed because some were in the debut event in the first floor.

Service was okay but the day that we went for a take out, they only have limited pizza choices and doesnt have ingredients for the other pizzas.I guess we were unlucky that they run out of ingredients.

A place for those itching for warm food in the wee hours of the morning. Open 24 hours. Been living in Makati for years and this place has never lost its touch. Nothing too special with the food, though, as with all Shakeys, so only 4 stars. Staff is better than most branches Ive been to.

Terrible service. Seems like waiters/waitresses prioritize foreigners in this branch. Took over an hour before we could get our order, while a foreigner in the next table who came in much later got his menu right away, got his order quickly, and was done waaay long before our order came. So kung pinoy ka, I suggest avoid this place.

Waited almost 1 hour for the food to be serve! I think they are understaff or there probably there is problem with their management! We used to eat in shakeys more often but this was my first time here! Never experienced this kind of delay from other shakeys branch around the metro. Anyway thank you for the free mojos shakeys MCS for making up to us for letting us waited for almost an hour

Mojos, managers choice pizza, fried chicken and the lasagna are recommends. Comfort food.Its your usual Shakeys experience. They have big televisions for entertainment. Very useful if you want to pretend to be focused and dont want to talk to someone in your party.

The Prosciutto thin crust pizza is really good and i am Italian

Disappointed last Friday. We ordered using booky. It is a buy one take one promo. They did not accommodate us. They keep on insisting that the code generated by the app are invalid (we presented 2 codes, one from me and one from my gf). And we have to wait for the code to be texted on our numbers by the app and that is the valid code. We have waited 30 minutes and we receive nothing.

Some say this branch serves the best Shakeys pizza. I tend to agree

24/7 nice place and big space..

Pizzas are good. Some of the other dishes just average. The last chicken I had was cooked in oil that was probably older than me. Delivery boy friendly and conciencious. Other staff seem inept, confused and keen only to talk amongst themselves

Food was good . Service was great

I have bad experience from this restaurant this were the times that BPI get worst with online and card payment. We ate around three in the morning and I went home 10am just to wait for my card recover. We were in a group and others went home while I myself wait for the banks to open. I also spend my birthday here with promotions. Internet is not reliable.

A great place for dining with the family and chilling with friends!Their menu is sure to satisfy everyone -- be it pizza, chicken, salad or sandwiches!Plus, Shakeys serves draft beer. Pizza and beer is one of the best food combinations there is!And, at Shakeys MAKATI Cinema Square, you get a very laid back feel. Truly a relaxing atmosphere!

Good food. We used their events hall, sadly, the air-conditioning is not working well. Considering the weather here in Philippines, they should fix it.
