They recently implemented RFID (issued only for registered tenants and unit owners), so that only those that have RFID can enter and leave the building lobby while those that dont have RFID (guests) needs to register.Minsan sinisita ng guard sa lobby yung hindi nagswipe kahit na nasa iisang unit lang naman yung mgkasabay na pumasok and isa lang yung nagswipe.While some were still able to enter and exit naman without having to swipe their RFID, lalo na kapag maraming sabay-sabay na pumapasok & lumalabas.To be fair to all residents, they should be more consistent and kung maninita sila, dapat consistent hindi yung random lang yung sisitahin nung naka-assign na guard sa lobby.
