They do not serve cocktails here which they end up mixing their version of Gin Tonic for me, not bad.Oysters to start, not sure about the freshness, as few taste meh. Then a salmon salsa made in front of the table, mix of fresh salmon and smoked salmon, give a little more on the flavor, is good and very tranditional flavor, but no surprise.Main course pork chop, nice, like the texture then the flavor, the meat is not aromatic enough for me. An enticing menu, poorly executed. We should have known better than to order smoked salmon tartar, but incidentally it was less salty and dense than the tuna carpaccio (we couldnt even taste the tuna!). Scallops were good. Steamed cod was good, but the vegetable paring was provincial, not de Provence. Lobster ravioli had little lobster paired with undercooked veggies of unknown origin. Service was clumsy and childish. Our bottle of champagne would have been destroyed had we not taken over the pouring; served warm in improper glasses (though we saw another table with a proper flute!). Waiter was misogynistic; in spite of knowing it was my wifes birthday, he chose to only serve and address me (the man). Nice setting, but what a failed experience.

Quand le bon Dieu en vient à douter du monde...Oui pour le rooftop très sympathique à lheure de lapero mais arrêtez-vous la! Le restaurant est extrêmement décevant. Le tarif (70eu/personne en moyenne avec vin) nest pas du tout adéquate au regard de la qualité ! Les produits ne sont pas frais, il y a de lhuile dolive partout pour revendiquer une pseudo cuisine provençale, aucune finesse dans le goût malgré une présentation soignée, un bon service (merci les Philippins toujours aussi adorables). Je rédige rarement des commentaires sur Internet mais impossible de rester bouche cousue devant un restaurant aux tarif astro/gastronomique qui laisse un goût aussi amère...
