エルミタの hop innもキレイですがマカティもキレイです部屋のカードキーがないとエレベーターにも乗れないので安全性は高いです。エルミタは隣コンビニが併設されてましたが、マカティの隣はコーヒーショップでした。部屋に冷蔵庫は無いのでコンビニがあるエルミタのほうが快適かも？

マカティアベニュー側の部屋は、車の騒音がひどくて眠れない。部屋は、モーテルに近い。お湯は出ないに近い。ヒーターがパナソニック製でないのが原因。温水の量も少ない。

One of the cleanest hotel Ive ever been in my life. Staff are excellent ! Issa,Irish,Arbin, Lanie and the rest(sorry dont remember all names)Also,its really well located. Food stalls up the road! Yeah! No pool. But hey ho it does not matter. We all travellers nust wanna sleep! Rest of the day we are sight seeing. Theres a wee bar next door serves really good coffee. Will be over and over again. Highly recommended.

Nice place to stay...wifi in each room..clean room ..only thing is they dont have ref inside room and shampoo and soap are not free like other hotels they have daily supply of toiletries free ..View from our room is great

Great for a Hub to keep your belongings as you venture out into the Philippines. If you are planning on staying in Manila on the cheap but nice, this is your place. If you want the normal pamper, I would upgrade to a few other places around the area....:-) Happy Travels

Great little hotel, but very simple. They did have a Hair Dryer and Big Screen TV with many stations in English and American shows, but did not provide soap, Only a soap dispenser in the shower. The mattress was a little hard. The staff were Very Helpful and even looked up what Terminal I was fying out of the next day.Great location near Century City mall. Next to the mall on Makati Ave, I found an outdoor market serving All types of local cuisine and selling various clothing options. They also had a Live Band for entertainment and a small bar.Overall, this was a Great hotel for the money!

This was a very last minute stay. They let us check in at 4:30a am. However, when we got to the room, the air conditioning wasnt working well enough. Even at the coldest setting, the rooms was not as cool as we would like and expect it to be especially since it was a small room. There was no phone in the room so we had to come down to the front desk to ask for someone to look at it. (It turns out there is 1 phone by the elevator for the entire floor to share). Housekeeping came very quickly and tried to troubleshoot it but we just let it be. The bed was comfortable but there are only 2 very flat pillows which is not enough for 2 people. We woke up the next morning to having no water! They fixed it and brown water started coming out. It probably is not their fault but its just a disappointment. Ultimately, it is ok for an emergency stay or if you juat need a place to crash.

Very basic and kind of clean. Found some old rice on the side table. Otherwise, its a good place to stay. No restaurant in the hotel, but you can find food everywhere around.

As a tourist I need no require the condition of staying hotel very well but the bathroom must be clean and comfortable - Obviously Hop lnn make it.

The hotel room was clean and decent and the staff were really friendly. The location is next to SM Cebu City which makes it convenient if you want to try different types of food. I wouldve gave Bayfront Hotel five stars, but the in house restaurant Cafe Breeze was terrible. I ate there twice for dinner and both food that I ordered were cold when served. The breakfast buffet was really good though.

This is my home everytime I am here in the Metro, there are a lot of cheaper hotels in Makati but I still choose this because of cleanliness and Great staff they have

This is a clean new hotel. The staff are nice and the rooms are clean and quiet. The internet is adequate for me to work from here while I travel. Nice place central to many restaurants and walking distance to GreenBelt.

Walking distance to everything. I couldnt sleep in well during the morning due to the traffic intersection where a lot of cars honking and this ? chemical spill truck almost like a fire truck with its sirens going off..going in different directions coming back to the same intersection. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and worth the price-simple

Zuerst war ich etwas skeptisch was mich bei dem günstigen Preis erwarten würde aber ich sehr positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer (1011 im 10. Stock) war sehr sauber und ist genauso wie auf den Hotelfotos und hatte einen super Ausblick. Das Hotel ist sehr modern ausgestattet und das Personal an der Rezeption sehr freundlich. Die Aircon im Zimmer ist sehr gut eingestellt und sorgt für angenehme Temperaturen auch ohne eiskalten Luftzug.Einziges Manko sind die nicht schallisolierten Fenster aber Manila ist eben auch kein Kurort.Wer für ein paar Tage ein günstiges, modern ausgestattetes Hotel in Makati sucht, ist im Hop Inn perfekt aufgehoben.Ich werde dort beim nächsten Aufenthalt wieder buchen

Good location. Very simple. But, It was a bit loud; you could hear the people walking up and down the hallway or opening and closing the doors. Had to yell at the room next to me to stop being so noisy.

Clean, inexpensive hotel in Makati. Clean toilet. Only problem is, it is located at the end of Makati avenue which make it difficult for alternative routes to avoid traffic. Very helpful staff.

Cleanliness of the room and hallways. Good supply of toiletries. But the level of noise is atrocious especially rooms facing the Main Street.. no telephone inside the room in case of sudden emergency . You have to run near the eldvator to make emergency call.

Service was fantastic. However, location is a bit off. Taxi or grab is hard to get during peak hours. Room was clean but lacked d basic amenities like tooth brush, tooth paste, boiling kettle. Typical budget hotel.

No thrill hotel, in the heart of Makati. Its very easy to find its clean, the room is quite big, the bed is nice, the TV has plenty of foreign channels, the WiFi works well, and the bathroom is big.Not glamorous, but its value for money, and walking distance from many bars, malls, restaurants ( hummus Elijah) and around 7 km from the intramuros city.

It’s hotel for those looking for a place to crash for a night (or two). Check in was seamless and fast, the room is a no-frills small hotel room with a medium size TV (mota of channels), small desk/bag space and an open closet with a safe. The bathroom is spacious. I wish the bathroom was cleaner. The area is very sketchy–I had stayed in Makati before and enjoyed the Poblacion neighborhood, but did not like where this particular hotel was located. I went out at 8pm to get food to the A. Venue mall nearby and promptly returned because I felt unsafe. The airport is ~30 minutes away with medium traffic, so plan accordingly. Check out was quick.

First time staying at this location. Facilities are the same with other locations except the 7-11 store at the lobby, and the lobby is smaller compared to other locations. Asked the HK to clean our room but it was done haphazardly. The location though is great since there are a lot of restaurants offering various food choices nearby.

We booked 3 rooms and all of us did not get a decent sleep because the AC units were not cooling down our rooms. We already changed rooms before we settled down to our final rooms. Also, the street noise is so terrible, we heard honking and screaming all night long, and we were already at the 10th floor and each of us were facing different directions. On the positive side, the rooms were clean and the staff were courteous.

It is fairly new hotel but rooms too small, no hot water, very noisy inside and outside, hard to get anywhere heavy traffic. they dont clean the room floor often, dusty.no fridge, water jugs, complimentary tea or coffee.My last day I asked security guy to get me a taxi, he made a deal with taxi driver not to open meter and charge us 400 pesos the I noticed taxi driver gave money to security guard, I have been many times in Philippines never experience this before. Get your own taxi and make sure they turn on the meter

Located near Burgos St, within walking distance to restaurants, bars and convenience stores. But a bit further walk than most other hotels. Room was good size, clean and comfortable. Staff were all great. Only downside was the street noise. Even on the top floor the traffic noise never let up. I would stay again.

A fairly new property, Hop Inn is a no - frills, no - thrills hotel located farthest away from the business district, where Makati Avenue ends and a different street begins. While it is still within reasonable walking distance from all the food places, there is also a clear downward spiral in the quality of the area.With regard to the room itself, it is small, with hardly any maneuverable space, once your luggage [especially if youre travelling with lots of it] is in the room. That said, the bathroom is a very comfortable size, in comparison to the room itself. Water pressure is very good, and hot water is available in the shower. Additionally, the rooms come with airconditioning that work, and good - sized flat screen tvs, with plenty of movie channels.This hotel, while basic, is an excellent value, for the price.

I stay in Hop Inn Makati Avenue every time Im flying into Manila. The hotel is perfect for a quick stop over in Manila as always very clean, friendly staff and close to a lot of food outlets.

Strategic location, clean room. But, they dont provide toiletries, just soap in a bathroom. So, prepare your toiletries if you want to stay here. Another thing is..the traffic so mess in front of building, so you will be disturbed by noisy car horns..

Accommodation is good. They need to put though grab bar in the shower area to reduce risk of slips especially the tiles are slippery when wet.
