Entsprechend den aktuellen COVID-Bestimmungen der philippinischen Regierung muss bei Einreise ein 6-7 tägiger Aufenthalt in für Quarantäne zugelassenem Hotel verbracht werden.Das FAIRMONT ist dafür bestens geeignet und zu empfehlen.Zimmer modern eingerichtet, die Verpflegung sehr gut, alles hilfreich um die Zeit im Zimmer zu überbrücken.Auch der COVID Test am Tag 5 war sehr gut organisiert und das Testergebnis rasch bekommen.Trotzdem , 1 Woche COVID Aufenthalt reichen.Leider war eine Aufenthalts-Verlängerung nicht möglich. Aber ich komme sicher nach Normalisierung der COVID-Lage wieder gerne ins FAIRMONT.Salamt Po at Mabuhay

I chose Fairmont as my quarantine facility. Staff was very professional in dealing with me for my 6 day stay. Very responsive to any needs that came up. Food was very good. Thanks to all involved.

When we got to the hotel, we were honestly expecting a big lobby for a 5 star hotel. That’s the whole reason why we chose it, but it was very crowded and the line was long just to check in. I guess it’s okay since we also got there on Holy Week.We stayed only at the 7th floor. They didn’t exactly clarify on the phone when we booked it but it’s only til the 7th floor. Even the swimming pool area is only a few feet high . Basically for kidsThe food is good but not much options honestly. Lunch and dinner is a lot better though.The sink was clogged when I got to my room. And the AC wasn’t getting cold much so I had to call someone to fix it . They did fix it but that’s not exactly what you expect to happen in a 5 star hotel.We even have some problems checking out but at least the one who talked to us was very friendly and assured us that there would be no problem.Things that are good :- there’s a spa , swimming pool , gym- it’s quiet. Good for business travelers- the area is just a walking distance from green belt- staff are very friendly and accommodatingWill I stay here again? Maybe . But it wouldn’t be my first choice

Известный гостиничный бренд Феирмонт и тут держит марку. Все на высоте, продуманно, удобно, красиво. Просторные комфортабельные номера в хорошем состоянии. Великолепное расположение. Через дорогу масса разных кафешек и ресторанов. Кайфово почилить у бассейна. В лобби клевый атмосферный бар, играет красивый джаз и тут всегда приятно посидеть. PS: из недостатков: в номере не нашел ложку для обуви, тряпку для нее же и в туалете нет ершика. Я конечно все понимаю, не царское это дело руки пачкать, но вызывать каждый раз баттлера для того чтобы перед выходом пыль смахнуть или туалет почистить, тоже так себе идея.

I soooo love this hotel!! It is the newest hotel in makati and one of the fanciest!!Love their smoking type of room coz it has high ceiling that makes the room look so big. Their snack bar has imported sodas, wines and chips.They also have some luxury bathroom amenities. Their bath products are all from Le Labo, a brand from New York and everything smells good.Once you get in your room, a complimentary treat will welcome you. I had some complimentary sweets/pastries in my room. Then in my moms room they had a basket full of fruits like pineapple, pears, kiwi, grapes, etc.The interior and lobby is nice, modern and classy, it is a good place to sit, sip a cup of tea while reading a book or chat with friends.The pool area is a good place to relax and unwind as well while boozing up some margaritas.Weve been here a couple of times for consecutive weeks where it came to a point that It already felt like it is our second home. :)Really love this place!!! It has a nice and relaxing ambience and dont forget the complimentary wifi!!!

Luxury and PamperingExcellent hospitality all the way from the time you step into the lobby until you make it to your room! A luxury and service levels were a few notches higher than any at any FAIRMONT hotel you might find stateside. At the unbelievable price we paid it was an absolute VALUE FOR MONEY and the best luxury choice in this neighborhood and hands down beats the Peninsula, Holiday Inn, Dusit Thani etc.! And since it is attached to the RAFFLES hotel – most of its super luxury amenities and facilities are available for free. Now, you cant beat that!LOCATION: Located right next to the GLORIETTA mall and in the heart of makati. Easy taxi ride away from great choices for Food and drink, and all points of interest in this area of the city.DINE + DRINK: Gourmet coffee bar attached to it and 3 to 4 dining options in house. The best is the Rooftop Terrace attached to the French restaurant which is supposed to be a hidden gem and one of the best rooftop bars in the entire city!ROOM: We stayed in 840, so this review is based on that; VIEW: OK view of the Cityscqape ; SIZE: Very spacious room; AIR-CON: Perfectly functioning cooler that helped in setting the perfect room temperature; BED: Comfortable bed that played the expected part to put me to sleep; BATHROOM: Stand in shower; TOILETRIES: Super cool SPA quality. cosmeticsFACILITIES: Excellent Gym with a Full range of weights and Cardio machines from TECHNOGYM that is great for a full fledged workout. Good location, service and selection of breakfast buffet as well as very accommodating staff. Luggage was delivered late though, had to ask them for it after waiting for it for a while. Bellman might have forgotten it as the hotel was fully booked? Haha

I Checked in at Fairmont Makati from march 6 to March 8 2020 and it was my first time to try this hotel in Manila. I chose this place Since its just across Greenbelt 3 and very accessible with department stores, grocery stores and has a lot of fantastic restaurants to choose from around it especially if you are a certified foodie. I booked my room from Agoda and The rooms were as perfect as what they look like from the Photos. FYI the rates in Agoda Change from time to time and and if you sign up you will be notified with deals once they have it. Upon Checking in I was given a free Upgrade for my room and FYI Deposit fee is 3000 Pesos a Night. The rooms were really clean and very detailed with how it was organized and was exactly the same with the photos you see online. The rooms will totally give you a WOW effect upon entering and was very spacious & has great lighting. With regards to the Staff, I was really Impressed with the Service which they call royalty Service. Whenever I call for room service It doesnt take that long and most of the staff in the hotel delivers a very friendly service; greets you with a smile all the time and are very proactive; you can always ask for more coffee delivered to your room specially if you drink that much coffee all the time. Every morning in the lobby, there is also a complimentary tea and coffee that you can grab. They must have been given a really good training when it comes to customer service. Even when you go to the Pool area, they are very attentive and right away grabs you a towel and brings it to your seat. Housekeeping service is also impressive. There is always somebody roaming around floors to check rooms and you can ask them anytime when you need something like bottled water, extra coffee and condiments as well as extra toiletries. I Definitely highly recommend this hotel to stay at because they make you feel that you are very much valued as a guest and will not disappoint you.

We visited the place during the Birthday of my wife (FEB 2018) around lunch time. I remember suddenly that this was a better experience over-all compare to our recent dinner in another hotel in the area. Sharing the food and dining experience. Tell me what you think based on the pictures...

とにかく立地の良いホテル。グリーンベルトやグロリエッタ、ランドマークに歩いて数分も掛からずに辿り着けます。ラッフルズホテルとは隣接していますが、入口は違うためご注意を。お部屋に関しては、とても清潔でした。マカティ周辺で清潔さを重視される方に強くお勧めしたいです。また、主観的意見になりますがシャンプーの匂いがとても素晴らしかったです。フロントのスタッフに関しては、丁寧で気の利く良い接客でした。

マカティに来るときは フェアモントを利用します。立地も良く スタッフもとても親切！防犯もしっかりとしてるので、安心して宿泊できます。部屋も広くバスルームには浴槽とシャワールームが別になっているので使いやすいです。プールも長さがあるレーンがあり気に入ってます。朝食のブッフェもとても美味しいですよ。

Great experience staying at Fairmont Makati - the service was good but was informed however they had some form of a no Filipino policy in terms of communication which I found very odd at reception. Amenities were great for a business trip with facilities that allowed you to unwind. Rooms seemed surprisingly aged for such a modern hotel, but everything was clean and the high ceilings gave the room a very nice ambience.Location of the hotel is unbeatable right in-between Greenbelt and Glorietta in the heart of Makati. Felt safe walking around within this part of the CBD, with overpasses providing safe crossingsRestaurant on ground floor had varied options, and were very kind to accommodate my request for courtesy call to my room when accompanying colleagues arrived for reservation.

Simply amazing. Im not talking about the gorgeous lobby, the spacious rooms or the delicious food.Its the people and the service. So kind and helpful. Ive stayed at many five star hotels, but few compare to this particular Fairmont. Stay here, you wont regret it.

It was amazing 5 star luxury hotel. It is clean , new, comfortable big royal suite room. I was upgrade to Royal suitevroom & all service , amenities are excellent I like the room , big jacuzzi bathtub , the spa , sports club & good instructor service. The security of the hotel with police dog looks safety. Good service to check in & check out its fast. Near to everything I needs also walking distance to Greenbelt, glorieta, shangri-la many restaurant around. I enjoyed my stay & will be back again every time i visit makati Philippines

I had very high expectations from Fairmont but unfortunately they fell flat on the floor. My bathtub needed to be fixed TWICE during my 3-day stay, I asked for ice TWICE with my drink but never got it, and to top it off, their front desk service also wasn’t good. Food wasn’t outstanding, too. The dark chocolate pecan tart is the only upside of this stay, probably. There’s many, many great hotels in Makati, just spend your money there. :)

The hotel has an excellent location, situated just beside the Glorietta Mall Complex and nearby SM mall, Landmark and the upscale Greenbelt Malls. Rooms are nicely designed and spacious plus room service is amazing.

Travelling for work can be very tiring and exhausting and for the frequent travellers out there I highly recommend Fairmont Makati as THE hotel to stay in. It is truly a haven in this busy world and they have always made myself and also my colleagues feel very comfortable, well looked after and rested whenever we stay there. I have been meaning to write this review for quite a while as I have already had my 5th stay there this year and would like to say a big thanks to all the staff and management there. I was not well at my last stay and the concierge team looked after me really well, and thanks to Christine for helping me get my medicine when I was too ill to make the trip to the drug store. A special call out to all the staff at the Spectrum restaurant - the food quality and variety had improved greatly from the start of the year and to my last stay in Nov. Thank you to Jhonna, Paula and RJ who always have a warm smile in the mornings and in the evening when we have our breakfast and dinners (compliments to the chef for one of the best Adobo dishes I have tasted). Congratulations and please keep up the great work and I will definitely be back next year. Thank you.

The best thing about the Fairmont is the staff. They go out of their way to make each guest feel very special. They even checked on me to make sure I was aware of the upcoming Manila lockdown. One of the best service staff I have ever experienced at a hotel.

Good food and nice venue but very slow internet connection

Ero già stato a Novembre 2019 al Fairmont e lesperienza vissuta mi aveva convinto a tornare. Ho avuto la conferma dellalto livello di questo hotel, lo staff è sempre molto cortese e disponibile ad ogni richiesta. Un solo neo: la nostra richiesta di late checkout non è stata accettata. Per tutto il resto, lo consiglio a tutti.

Wine and dine with Heart of Alsace at Fairmont Hotel. As always, food tastes delish and excellent service. Location is quite perfect also since you just need to walk a few meters to Glorietta and Greenbelt Mall.

I think I am owed 3 nights under normal conditions with normal service and benefits as I was expecting, although the government enforced crazy rules, everyone is following like sheep without question.

I really much relaxed at my room especially i was upgrade at the Royal room & very relaxing big room & wide bathroom & nice jacuzzi bathtub it’s so clean & new. The bed is big & had soft pillows Then also the room service it was nice clean pack everything.The upgrade of the Royal buffet is special & delicious fresh healthy foods & drinks. I also enjoyed the spa & gym with good instructor. Check out & check in is fast too .Nice new 5 star hotel with safety security with police dog. Near to everything & walking distance to Glorieta & Greenbelt Park.

لاأعرف من أين أبدأ ولكن سأختصر الكلام بعدة نقاط تليها جمله تختصر إقامتي بشكل كامل * تعامل رائع جداً من الكل* نظافه و عنايه بالمرافق والغرف بشكل مذهل* موقع قريب من الخدمات و الأسواقبالمختصر إقامتي لن تنسى الجانب السلبي بالنسبه لي في رسوم الخدمات و المطعم* رسوم الخدمات جداً مرتفع كالمساج و الكوفي و المطعم* اصناف الحلال قليله جداً و هذا امر مزعج لي كعميل مسلم* البوفيه في المطعم سعرها غير شامل المشروبات ولم يوضح ذلك لي و انتهى الامر بمشكله تم حلها من قبل مدير المطعم بخصم قيمة المشروبات كامله .اسوء شيء في إقامتي كانت رائحة الطعام في المطعم حيث تحولت بعد فتره بسيطه إلى رائحه سيئه تسببت في مغادرتي المطعم بالرغم من رغبتي في البقاء لوقت اطول .

It was very good, I have the good big room, clean and the staff are friendly including the cleaners who take good care of us. I love the bath time and the view from the rooftop is good.

I asked for drinking water at 7:00 the receptionist responded saying its coming ASAP!. Nothing arrived! After two hours I called up the reception, the drinking water finally delivered at my doorstep. The next day I requested for fresh lowfat milk & banana to supplement my diet. After 3 days somebody responded ok, sir! Then I said nevermind, cancel it because Ive already checked out of the hotel. I understand its pandemic time..Mick Jagger says You cant always get what you want on Youtube channel, eh.

From the Lobby staff who are so welcoming and polite and assess all my needs to housekeeping all I can say is they are one of best staff. Specially Aljerome, he makes sure our room and clean properly and very nice and polite.

Checking in & out was a breeze in this property however was asked to wait for the room to become available for about an hour due to being fully booked. Excellent, professional & friendly staff made our stay wonderful. Food was great!

My wife and I stayed at Fairmont one night for her birthday before our way back home.At my request, they prepared a surprise in our room with a cake, a birthday card, a bottle of wine and some fruits.They even upgraded us with a very nice room and a free buffet for dinner.We also went to the spa and had an awesome massage for 1 hour.Thanks again for everything

Part of the Fairmont and Raffles Hotel complex. The shared complex has many positives, one of those Bing access to the Long Bar (think a copy of the Raffles Singapore).Rooms are spacious with ultra soft beds.The service in impeccable and staff are friendly and eager to help.Turn down service is a nice touch to get your room ready for sleep.

Fairmont Hotel is a great place for corporate gatherings such as ACs Annual Stockholders Meeting.

We stayed for 3 nights, family of 4 - 2 adults, 2 kids. It was over the time the lockdown had just been introduced due to COVID-19. We started off with a full buffet breakfast downstairs with other guests, to having room service for breakfast on our last morning for social distancing purposes. The staff were impeccable and kept us informed throughout the whole time. It was a situation out of their hands however they catered to our every need. Filipino hospitality at its finest. We would stay here again.

Die Lage im Zentrum von Makati ist sehr gut, viele Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten alles zu Fuß zu erreichen. Sehr hilfsbereites und extrem freundliches Personal. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und gut ausgestattet. WLAN war manchmal etwas langsam aber immer vorhanden.

Fairmont Hotel doesn’t value their words to clients.Last December I got stuck in their first floor bathroom due to a defect in their door nob. It took around 30 claustrophobic minutes for us to get out. The manager quickly apologized and said they will do everything to make up for it. Why I obliged not to further take action on the issue.Now that I asked them to act on their word they totally left me to feel their word is useless. They just offered me a 15% discount for the hassle which I can get from my ARC card. They have formed a mockery of their word. Their apology is meaningless. This is not Ayala standard.So disappointing.

This hotel is very well located in the heart of makati. It is elegant , sophisticated and offered a reasonable price Co spidering the high standard and good amenities it offers... I would use this hotel again

Ich mag die Atmosphäre und die persönliche Ansprache durch die Mitarbeiter.Die Unterstützung bei der Vorbereitung von Meetings im Fairmond Gold Club Floor ist sehr professionell. Ebenso die Organisation vom Limousine Service bei Terminen, welche ich ausserhalb des Hotels in und um Makati wahrnehmen muss.

Nice place for symposium more private and quiet but ample space for human interaction

Had an issue with noise (ongoing construction). They happily reaccomodated us to another room and sent these macarons as a token of apology. Its a great location if you are looking to shop and dine out.

這已經是第五次選擇在FAIRMONT MAKATI 入住,比較特別的是此次由於商務需求得在飯店進行會議,所以就由原本的一般房型付費升等到Suite房型.必須要說這次的升等還是滿意的,房間空間足夠讓六位人士同時開會,有獨立的來賓廁所可以使用,客廳與睡床的分離,也完整的保全了隱私,乾濕分離的大衛浴也讓我非常滿意.下回在馬尼拉入住會繼續優先考慮.

Big well designed rooms, good sized desk and large bathrooms. Spent a few days here on business and was very comfortable.

Ich war eine Woche anlässlich eines Geschäftstermins in diesem Hotel, die Zimmer waren großzügig, praktisch und ließen keine Wünsche offen. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte alles und bot auch interessantes aus anderen Regionen. Die Mitarbeiter waren überragend freundlich, insbesondere das Team am Empfang des Frühstücks. Nach kurzer Zeit wurde ich mit Namen begrüßt.

The receptionists, Judy Ann and Azalea did a great job making me feel welcomed in this hotel though the lobby was soooo busy. Azalea made sure I had a table for dinner though it was fully booked. The room she gave us was spacious. The linens were clean and smells good. ( I always had to write this now because some 5 star hotel have smelly pillows )

Probably the best hotel Ive stayed at. After the stay, I couldnt stop raving about the place to my friends.Top notch customer service, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. From the moment I landed, there were people trying to help me with the luggage and directions and such.Free fruit plate delivered to the room, which was an interesting touch. The mango was great!Rooms and spacious and very well designed. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms.The best part for me was the Le Labo bathroom accessories. Smells and feels so good! I had to ask for an extra moisturizing cream for my toiletry bag lol.As long as it isnt too expensive, Ill try to stay here on my future visits.
